Perfect!!! The house is large, with comfortable furniture and plenty of things to make the stay better (games, sports gear, plenty of towels, toiletries). Extra essential food items. Super convenient, it was a 3 minute drive downtown and a 5 minute drive to the slopes. Communication with the host was easy and clear. We will be back!!!

I had a great stay at Michelle’s place. Her communication was great and she goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay in Ellicotteville. Checkin was seamless, the place is spacious and was perfect for our group. Location is also perfect. We will definitely be returning.

This a perfect spot for families and groups to enjoy NY skiing and snowboarding. Highly recommend!

Very clean, well stocked with essentials for duration of our stay, easy access, great communication, beds were so comfortable, linens exceeded expectations. Already booked for another stay within a day of leaving. It was perfect!

Bottom line: you should stay here. Excellent place and even better host Location: Lovely town, close to the lake. Restaurants within walking distance, including a nice breakfast place. Peek 'n' Peak ski resort is within a ten minute drive Accommodation: Really lovely. Leanne's place is spacious with two comfortable beds with warm sheets. The living room is a nice spot to socialize. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The bathroom is clean. There is a stairwell to get to the entrance. Host: Absolutely wonderful. Leanne is what Airbnb is about. She was so helpful and responsive and warm. We appreciated how she looked out for us with a message about incoming poor weather. She left us water, eggs, and bread in the fridge, which were needed supplies for our ski trip. She was quick to respond and super accommodating, even as she was dealing with the fallout from a recent storm herself. She is a wonderful host!!

My wife and her friends spent their ski/tubing weekend at Laurie’s place for the 2nd year and they loved it!! They’re already planning on next year.

Cozy space just right for our weekend away. Beautiful view from balcony. It was an easy trip into town for shopping and meals. The loft with two twin beds has a small spiral staircase to access. We would stay again. Great location.

We can’t say enough about Tony & Steve’s place in Ellicottville. We visit Ellicottville at least once a year as it’s one of our favorite little towns and I’ve always had this place in my favorites. We were lucky enough to get a booking and it did not disappoint. House was clean, spotless to be exact. The beds were insanely comfortable and bedrooms were big and spacious. Having a working fireplace made if cozy and heated bathroom floors. The outside of the house was so cute, with twinkly lights that looked so pretty with the snow. Thank you for letting us stay at your place and there is no doubt this will be a regular spot for us on our annual trips. Maybe we might do two a year just cause of this house!

Very nice location within a short walk to the Sunrise Lift. Close to several restaurants and just a mile and a half from town. We will definitely be back.

Loved this place! Super cozy. Small but not cramped. Incredible view of the stars at night and enchanting views of fog rising off the lake in the morning. The location is very quiet but not at all out of the way. It’s obvious that a lot of care and attention to detail was put into making this little island a unique and memorable experience. My new bride and I especially enjoyed the hunt for painted rocks in the garden. And being able to take one as a keepsake (we chose the mushroom painted rock) was a great touch to remind us of that special time at the start of our lives together. Rodney was very friendly and responsive and even left us a personalized welcome letter and complimentary bottle of wine for the first night of our stay. Would absolutely recommend this place for a couple’s getaway!

We had a great stay at Robin’s home. The place was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had fun playing games downstairs. Location is perfect. Walking distance to town and close to the slopes . Robin is very friendly and communicative. I highly recommend her Airbnb

Scott was an excellent host. Great location, very clean and all instructions were and clear and easy to understand. Would highly recommend and look forward to renting again.
