Holiday rentals with a patio in Bushmans River

Great location, really beautiful and clean home, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay in the area is the stunning surroundings and views. Vuvu was a very accommodating host. Thanks again, and I will definitely come back. Cheers!

I reserved Robyn's apartment for my mom and her friends to celebrate her 60th birthday, and they can't stop raving about how beautiful the apartment is and how peaceful the area is. Thank you Robyn for accommodating our last-minute booking and for your excellent communication!

Lovely beach getaway with friendly, gracious hosts. The apartment is on the ground floor of a double storey house and the owners live on the top floor. Very easy access. Spacious living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Perfect for a couple. Short walk to the beach which has a small swimming spot and lots of great rock pools to explore at low tide as well as beautiful dunes. The hosts provided ingredients for the first day’s breakfast in the fridge which was a lovely touch.

Wow, Wow Wow , the view of the Bushman’s river and the sea from the lounge and open plan kitchen is breath taking. We took so many photos of the changing tides. We couldn’t believe that we saw 12 ships on the ocean in one hour. Seeing dolphins and a whale was also so special. The birdlife was great , especially seeing and hearing the Lilian’s lovebirds in the aloe tree by the deck. The fully equipped kitchen made our stay really lovely too and our braai’s on the deck were also so enjoyable. The house being in a cul da sac was ideal for the kids to be able to ride their bikes safely outside. The walk to the marina took only 10 minutes , where we spent a morning on the river. Merryhill feels so safe, quite and tranquil. Ashleigh, was amazing. So helpful , responsive and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. A beautiful BnB, will definitely recommend to our friends.

A very well appointed and modern home. Convenient and easy access to lagoon and beach, with comfortable large bedrooms and living area. A great indoor braai/entertainment area, perfect for people wanting to braai every night of their stay as kitchen facilities are limited. We will definitely be returning to Kasouga!

To Ann, what a nice, friendly and reliable host you are. The house is beautiful and it had everything we needed. The electrical blankets in every room was a major BONUS, they were exactly what we needed for the cold weather in June. To Marian, thank you so much for everything Mam… you were super gracious, warm and friendly. Will definitely be coming back with my family.

It's the perfect place for a most enjoyable family holiday! The peaceful setting right on the Kowie River bank provides for the most beautiful views, which are especially enjoyable whilst sipping on a G&T around a braai! Everything needed is right at your fingertips. We will be back soon!

Great location and value for money for a larger group. Gorgeous views from the deck and an easy walk down to the river. We loved it!

Absolutely beautiful views and a very spacious & comfortable home. We hardly ever saw another person in the neighborhood but there was plenty of wildlife including 4 giraffe just off the master bedroom window. I would have been a nervous wreck if I had small children but mine are all older & they enjoyed the pool and the pool table. Everything was easy to find/operate and there wasn’t an exhaustive check out list which is always appreciated. Thank you to Thomas for sharing your home and to Regina for getting the keys checked in & out easily.

Beautiful home in Bushman’s with 4 big inside bedrooms and 2 outside. It had a great deck with braai and pizza oven. We loved the area, with Sandbar and Bushman’s restaurants nearby and quick drive to get the shops. Mark was incredibly helpful throughout our stay with any questions we had. There were plenty of board games to keep us entertained on rainy days too.

It was lovely as promised and the house is beautiful. The host is delightful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Erik and Carlien (sp?) are excellent hosts who concerned themselves with the smallest detail to make sure that was a great one. The small touches, like the cookies and beverages really blew us away. The facilities and appliances are top class and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. The views are breathtaking. We certainly hope to be back
