Great location for exploring the city of Cambridge. We drove into the centre to see the city but stayed local for dinner. The apartment was very comfortable and the layout suited us well.

Me and my partner were very happy with the place and the view from it was so lovely, very close shops near by aswell. Definitely thinking about staying again :)

Thank you for the stay, lovely home in the perfect location, just off Mill Road with a variety of choices. They were kind to allow an early checkin and communication was lovely, responding to any enquiries needed. Thank again for a wonderful stay and a chance to wind down in Cambridge.

Great place, would def recommend to others in the area.

We had a bit of a bumpy start with the boiler breaking on Christmas eve. Spoke with Swift, who were VERY helpful and got us moved to another Airbnb. They were very apologetic but these things cannot be helped. We actually then extended our stay by a few days and they were very happy to help sort this with us. Highly recommend both properties and also the company!

This is a very well equipped and clean apartment on the first floor (not ground floor) of a modern apartment 2 minutes walk from Cambridge Station. It's safe and secure. Very comfortable furniture. The balcony overlooks a grassy commons area...and is on the Southside, thus thus a warm sunshine during the day. Thanks to the hosts John and Amy for making this easy and comfortable and safe!

The apartment was a really good size with 2 bathrooms. Brilliant location as it’s so close to the train station and town centre. Only a short drive to Stansted airport too. The gated parking is also an added bonus.

We had booked to see a play at the Norwich playhouse and also do some creative activities at Dragon Hall and found Ivor and Karen's place perfect as a base. We had an extremely comfortable stay, our hosts were kind and made sure we got into the accomodation okay, it went so smoothly, we didn't need to worry. You don't need to bring breakfast as there is bread, packets of butter and preserves, cereals, teas, coffee, sugar and milk. Amazing. Even the bathroom has shower gels and hair shampoos and conditioners. Soft fluffy towels and the bed was super clean and comfortable and smelled of fresh fabric conditioner. The carpets are soft and deep. An electric recliner chair, large television in the living room. Fantastic place deserving of the brilliant reviews left by happy guests. Thank you Ivor and Karen, we will be back to enjoy a nice break soon! :-)

Great Air bnb for the Cambridge area, Comfy beds, loads of parking, can highly recommend. We will be back.

This was my 2nd stay at Peter’s apartment. Location is great, very quiet and private parking is a bonus. Apartment was very clean and had everything I needed for my short stay. Look forward to my next visit.

Spacious, quiet, new apartment not too far from Ipswich town centre. Very responsive host who was quick to respond to all queries.

Fully recommend central secluded and quiet. Well run and lovely surrounding buildings.

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

Really enjoyed my stay at Carrie's airbnb. Check in was easy and the residence was lovely, warm and tidym Carrie was extremely friendly and helpful when I was having problems with my phone. Would recommend and I will definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Many thanks for arranging our overnight stay at short notice - it was perfect for our needs (stopping by Ipswich to sort out our rental flat) and so much nicer than staying in a hotel. Our dog absolutely loved the property and fell straight asleep when we arrived. He's never usually so relaxed in a strange place! The lodge is a beautiful conversion with gorgeous oak doors and rafters and lots of lovely pieces of furniture. The huge bed was the most comfortable we've slept it! Thanks again and thanks for the communications. Hope to stay again.

This is such a beautiful, private spot in the forest. Its set within a hollow so you just have the forest surrounding you. Because its a canvas enclosure it is chilly inside, but fine as soon as you light the fire. The electric blankets provided with the beds were super cosy though and we had SUCH good sleep with the quiet! The only thing was we didn't get the logs that were meant to be provided for the sauna, but we had brought our own after reading the reviews (we used four entire bags of kiln dried logs). The hot tub took us 7 hours to heat, so I'd start early! Overall such a beautiful spot, we loved the fire pit and hot tub, and slept beautifully. Theres also some really nice walks nearby.

A great home in beautiful surroundings. The property was lovely and cosy, a great log fire and hot tub. As a family of 3 we all enjoyed our stay, the beds were very comfortable as was the home, the property was very clean and well looked after, it had all we needed for our stay. The hosts are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and always on hand should you need. We would definitely stay again, a bonus for us was it being dog friendly, our Guide Dog was made to feel very welcome and she enjoyed the on site dog exercise field too. Thank you for having us in your beautiful home.

Really relaxing stay, loved the gym, jacuzzi and the cosy feel of the cabin.

This was a beautiful place , clean , spacious , beautiful surrounds and the hot tub with the outside heating was great . If I'm going to be really critical it needed a outside light half way down the stairs as it was very dark at night letting the dog out

A great stay and perfect for me when working in Ipswich. Great space - secure, clean & central location. Parking on site, easy. Matt & Charlotte were respsonsive and ensured I had what I needed (a very handy map to navigate the roads was invaulable). When I can I will be sure to stay again! Enought people have commented on the hot tub but it really does help set it apart. I am looking forward to booking it in the Summer months to enjoy that outsiude space even more!

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.

Where to start, from first communication Anna was prompt and welcoming. On arrival Anna greeted us with such warmth, we were shown round, introduced to the family and animals. During our stay we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and loft. The children made full use of the farm, enjoying the animals and were able to feed and pet them thanks to Anna. Anna, Paul and children were wonderful Hosts and we felt right at home and we look forward to returning again.
