Martin was a really great host, very easy to communicate with. We were staying for work and booked other apartments in the building for my colleagues which Martin was super helpful with. Lot's of parks and greenery in the area. Really good location for where we were working.

Very clean and nice place. I walk bare foot and there is simply not a slightest clue of dust. Place is perfect, near all high streets, shopping centre and has good view of city. Heater works rapid and warm, bed is comfortable. A very good experience.

Wonderful and well equipped studio, kitchen and bathroom very clean. Easy to find and great location. This flat is located just next to the main door of the building, and a little problem can be the other people living in the building slamming the door and it makes a lot of noise. It didn't disturb my sleep, but if you wake up easily to loud noises I recommend having a pair of earplugs. Naveed gave good instructions to close the door carefully and it's not his fault if other accommodated persons neglect his kind advise. Maybe the front door could be muted a bit by some extra seal etc. In overall, this is a wonderful accommodation and value for money is excellent.

Great place for workers wanting to be close to the city. Free enclosed parking and secure area plus nice little flat with the amenities you need. Could do with some tea towels and more cooking items. Other than that a lovely place

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and was equipped with everything I needed. Stafford was friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Stayed here with 2 friends and our children. Paulina was really thoughtful in providing toddler plates & cutlery, and a basket of toys which went down well. There was also milk in the fridge. The lounge was a relaxing space, and the beds very comfortable.

Home from home. Ideal base for the Midlands. Extremely comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful private garden. We highly recommend staying there.

Perfectly located for a week working away, we would book again if in the area in the future

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

I had a pleasant stay overall. The place was decorated beautifully especially the living space with all the amenities required. The location was quiet, offering a peaceful escape. While there’s room for slight improvement in cleanliness, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. I appreciated the effort put into the design and enjoyed my time here.

Kenny’s place was ideal for our stay. Lots of room and with so many people it was great to have a total of four toilets. Kenny’s communication was second to none, he responded very quickly and always with lots of detail. We will definitely be checking in again for our next family get together providing it’s available when we need.

Maureen was a great host and even provided recommendations of restaurants and activities. Fantastic location for the sites and walks whilst also peaceful. Will definitely book again.

This flat in Duffield was perfect for my few days away. The parking is a bit of a nightmare as others have described; very tight indeed. But I parked on the road. The flat was spotless and had everything I needed! The shower head is quite low, so if you’re tall you will need to hold it to rinse etc, but totally manageable for a few nights! Also as a warning the bed is VERY low! So if you’re likely to struggle with that it may not be the flat for you, but then it’s clearly a loft apartment up a flight of stairs. Overall I would definitely return here and 100% recommend it!

Phillip was really helpful and made us feel right at home. The Airbnb was even better than the photos and the area was so peaceful but still close to the city centre. We would happily stay again!

great location for my week at BCU, right near a huge Morrisons and easy walking distance to Uni.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

We were very comfortable at Sarah's place. We didn't feel cramped in any way. It had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Good shower. Very well-equipped kitchen with plenty of workspace. The thoughtful food provisions were much appreciated. And we enjoyed the quirky decorations! Our trip was for a family get-together and we will certainly use it again.

This is the best airbnb I’ve ever encountered, I have paid double the amount for airbnbs that don’t have HALF the amenities this one has! Anything you can name, this airbnb has it and Stephen was such a kind + interactive host. There is seasoning, sauces in the fridge, many pans, an amazing drying rack and loads more useful things. The balcony is gorgeous!! I’d love to stay here again and there was no problems from the neighbours, everything about this airbnb was accommodating and thoughtful. Thank you so much Stephen :)
