Please read all below: We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and sups. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes!

My family and I live on the other side. Located on a quiet dead end road on owners 3 acre property. Interstate is 1/2 mile away, property is less than a 1/4 mile to Niquette State park & the lake, walking trails, kayaking, swimming right out your door. 15 minutes to Burlington, 45 minutes to Stowe, 10 minutes to the Champlain islands. Lots of places to visit in the area. Close to area ski resorts, such as Smugglers Notch in Jeffersonville, Stowe Mountain resort in Stowe, Bolton Valley Ski resort in Richmond.
