We had a wonderful weekend stay at Summer's. The location was excellent, with many local restaurants nearby, and it was just a five-minute drive from downtown, providing plenty of activities to enjoy. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay.

Bhavin was the perfect host and responded within seconds of all inquires! The property was beautiful internally and externally. Internally every area was spacious and clean with up to date furniture and appliances. The basement area was an added plus with a media room, game room, playroom and furnished outdoor sitting area. The screened outdoor balcony on the second level was extremely peaceful and great for meditating. I definitely recommend staying here and I would definitely book it again. My only regret is that we did not spend more time at the house to enjoy it. Jacqueline

This home was perfect for our weekend trip to Duke University. It was clean and well appointed. We were able to walk to dinner and it was a short drive to the campus. We would definitely stay here again.

There is so much I want to say about this rental . Darla was an amazing host . Always available provided us with many local recommendations. We were a big family with kids , had family over to ring in the year . Everyone was busy doing something . The pool table and the Kareoke were major hits . The kitchen is fully stocked we made breakfast and hosted new year’s dinner for 11 people. Very spacious home . Located close to many restaurants and shops . I say look no further . I know we will certainly be booking again in the spring .

Mary's house was a perfect home away from home for our family. Mary was very helpful and flexible to work with. The house has a lot of spaces - and provided a good base for our family of 5 - including work spaces for both me and my wife. The kitchen was also very well equipt with pots and pans, kitchen tools as well as spices and condiments. We'd definitely stay here again - or maybe use this house when we have visitors in town!

This by far has been one of my favorite rentals! The property is absolutely stunning and very spacious. My family enjoyed the comfort of spending time and connecting in such a warm environment. Wes was a great host and communicated frequently to check in and make sure we were okay. We will definitely try to return when in the area.

My dog and I felt really super safe and the communication and assistance from Bryan was impeccable from the start! Location couldn't have been better and friendly neighbors as well as other tenants!

Location was perfect, very close to many good restaurants, bars and cafes. The apartment was very spacious and very nice - super clean and everything felt brand new. Lucy communicated very well and was very nice. Would highly recommend for staying in Durham

This was our second time staying at The Fishbowl, and it definitely won’t be our last! It’s a charming and quirky little spot with eclectic decor and unique touches that make it feel special. The kitchenette is compact but well-stocked with everything you need for quick meals—microwave, toaster oven, small fridge, electric burner, pots, pans, and, most importantly, coffee! Bert is a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and attentive. If you’re visiting Greensboro, we highly recommend this cozy gem!

Barbara’s place was fabulous — had everything we needed for a two week stay! It was clean and even more spacious than we expected. She was very welcoming and quick to respond to any needs, including borrowing cookware. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Kristen’s place is in a great location and has a nice feeling to it. Appreciated the bedside tables with lamps and extension cords in the bedroom.

I spent about 8 weeks at this place and was very satisfied with its location, peaceful neighborhood, size and facilities. The unit is spacious and has everything needed for daily life. It's also very convenient to grocery stores, easy access to highways and a very enjoyable drive through the forest to Duke University. Kathryn is warm-hearted, very friendly and willing to help whenever needed. Highly recommended.

This is the third time i have stayed here and just love it. Lisa and Ginny are great hosts and i highly recommend it.

Cyndi was a great host! We stayed during a snow storm and Cyndi was great about keeping the steps salted and the path shoveled to our car. We had to get to the event we came to town to attend. Cyndi’s space is quiet, very comfortable and clean! I would definitely stay here again!!

We loved our stay here, the location is top notch and close to everything and the place itself was really clean with parking close. We loved it and would definitely come back!

Don was an amazing host. He was very responsive, even at 11pm at night and offered to hop on over to help with an issue I had. His place was very clean, and location was just a short drive away from so many restaurants and things to do.

Condo was cute and quaint. It is in a quiet neighborhood right just down the road from a mid-high end shopping center. The art on the walls was gorgeous and there seemed to be thought put into the decor. Bed was firm but comfy, couch needed another pillow (which was in the living room since it was a pullout, so I just grabbed them and it was great).

Was really good value, everything was in great condition, bed was comfy, and host was extremely courteous and helpful. Great stay!

Jamie's place worked out really well for my wife and I. We were in town working for two weeks at The Tanger Center and it was a quick and easy walk from the apartment. Everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. The only knock I have is that really no sunlight makes it into this lower level unit. Keep that in mind if you value natural lighting. With that being said this is still a great apartment and I would definitely recommend it for your stay in Greensboro.

Lovely condo in a great downtown location within walking distance or very short drive to restaurants, shopping, and grocery store. The unit was very clean and cozy, and the complimentary coffee K-cups were a great touch. The garage parking was also an asset since we were there during a cold snap and snowfall. Would definitely stay here again!
