We offer the basement in our house in an exclusive green quiet location in the middle of the Vienna Woods with a garage space. It is 20 km to downtown Vienna, the highway 4 km and the airport 20 km. There are many opportunities for leisure activities all around. In the immediate vicinity are cinema, shopping center, restaurants, climbing rocks, police, countless hiking trails, castles, a spa, ski resorts... Our cat occasionally crosses the basement to the cat flap.
