Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bumiaji

The villa was clean, the rooms smelled great as soon as we arrived, and the pool was well-maintained—perfect for relaxing and swimming. Plus, there’s a billiard table for some fun family time. There were a few minor issues, though. Two of the bathrooms didn’t have hot water, and one bathroom door was a bit hard to open. But it wasn’t a big deal since everything else was great. Overall, we all enjoyed staying there.

Comfortable, there is a mango tree only yesterday it can't be picked. The neighborhood is calm & quiet.

I have been in many AirBnB around the world, but this is my first time in AirBnB in Indonesia. Overall the place are ok, clean, have amenities, complete kitchen stuff for cooking. All places we stayed before always provide toilet paper, towels, and kitchen towel to wipe the plates and utensil, but those things we could not find in this AirBnB. It would be great if the host prepare those for guests because its very basic that everyone need it. The host prepare bread and coffee which are very nice and he is very communicative also which its a big help to get easy check in. The villa contact person Mr. Budi also super nice and very helpful.

Very comfy, the host was nice and very clear to explain about the things inside house. Everythings around and inside the house is super clean, it also great place tos stay for vacation.

so far it is very comfortable, but the air conditioner in the main room isn't cold and the bathroom tap is not fast so if you take a shower it takes a little bit longtime

we stayed 5 days 4 nights our ratings the owner was very responsive and kind from the beginning before I made the booking until we finished our stay. large buildings and courtyards, suitable for several families and children satisfied to play either inside or outside the villa.. good view 😍 plenty of rooms and plenty of beds, so it's suitable for a family vacation.. there are extra beds, extra pillows and blankets.. the bathroom is clean, there is warm water 😍 cookware and cutlery complete with various sizes, you can cook large portions.. fast wifii, there is netflix (entertainment for children) , and a mini pool.. parking is very spacious and an assistant there who helps .. affordable location, easy to access , but the ramp at the entrance is quite high, the transportation museum is about 10 min , square 10 min, jatim park3 15 min.. overall we really liked and were satisfied staying here.. success always 😊

Such a great hospitality. Better than I expected. Keep it up! I suggest you to having Air Conditioner (AC) in each room. But overall is great.

I felt good to be able to stay at the house. The house is not big, but it feels quite spacious and comfortable because of the high ceiling. For 4 people it feels right because there are 2 rooms. The air conditioner is in the middle room enough to keep 1 house cool. The house is also clean & tidy. The wifi is quite fast, the TV can watch youtube only. a water heater that works well. sometimes the water is a bit small but can be overcome with directions from the house keeper (responsive). The facilities are quite complete. Every morning there are food snacks in the house. for those here following the maps, for some reason on the maps are directed to the front complex house (maybe because it sticks in front of the back) a few times if you grab pick them up like to be missed. So make sure to give instructions to grab, from the main gate of the estate immediately turn right. close to thesquare, jatim park 3 (strategic). the neighbors are quite often karaoke sometimes from the morning 😂 but it's not loud to hear if the door is closed. so it's still safe. so far, satisfied. thank you for the good service 😊
