Holiday houses in Bulverhythe Beach

We had a great few days at Dales place, we were a large group of friends coming together with a small children and it was ideal, the kitchen diner is the kind of kitchen you dream of for your own home. The place is pristine with beautiful furnishings in every room. The bedrooms are all large and very comfortable. Location is great if you’re visiting St Leonard’s or Hastings and want to be just outside the mix. Dale was great and very attentive. Couldn’t recommend more.

The place was beautiful, we had a lovely girls trip. The star was the hottub but the place was very relaxing and beautifully decorated. Megan was very responsive and helpful, I’d definitely recommend.

We are just back from a few blissful days at Judin's cottage. This was by far the loveliest airbnb house we have stayed in. Travelling with two small (and noisy!) children can be stressful but we felt instantly relaxed, and at home, and Sarah and Mark were perfect hosts. The cottage was so beautifully furnished, with such comfortable beds, and there were so many lovely touches, that made it feel like a boutique hotel. The highlights were collecting fresh eggs in the morning and making friends with the sheep. Our daughter misses her favourite sheep called 'biscuit'! We were blessed by the most gorgeous weather but this beautiful cottage would be special at any time of year and we would love to come back!

We've been doing self-catering for decades and this is now top of our list. Our welcome package was a generous and thoughtful assortment of seasonal goodies, catering for both adults and little ones. We didn't venture far from the house as the children were more than happy with the beach at the front and the large back garden; the icing on the cake was hearing the toot toot of the little steam train and running to the end of the garden to wave as it chugged past. Jo was so flexible with arrival and departure times. That extra couple of hours on the final day meant we could end our holiday with a lie-in and a leisurely family breakfast, rather than the usual frantic rush. The house is tastefully furnished and well stocked with children's toys. It's very dog -friendly too, with treats, blankets and a safe garden for a runaround. I would highly recommend the Beach House.

Great place, perfect for 6 of us and the location was amazing just a short walk from the beach and high street. Space was cosy, spacious and well stocked with everything we could need!

Our stay at the beach house was wonderful. Perfect for 8 of us (2 families, 4 adults and 4 children). Room for everyone to have fun altogether but also for all of us to have our own space too. Lots of board games, reading, fun on the beach too. The beach hut and fire pit were great additions too and we loved using them. We will definitely return. Can recommend walking to the pilot pub along the beach and also we loved visiting nearby rye. Also had a nice meal at the cardamom Indian restaurant too. As well as cooked lots at the house. Kitchen very well equipped. Sarah was very responsive during our stay. Perfect host! Thanks for having us.
