We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Lake Almanor! The home was spotless, well-stocked, and perfectly cozy for our getaway. The location was peaceful, with beautiful views and easy access to the lake. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Whether relaxing on the deck or exploring the area, we truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

With elementary aged kids, it was crucial for us to find a spot close to fun and activities and this house was perfect. We were right across the street from the tennis/pickleball courts at Rec 1 and a 1 minute walk to the beach. The location was everything we needed. The house was clean and accommodating. Newly built, it was clutter free. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The upstairs loft is the king bed and because it is upstairs and there are no window shades on the top-story back windows, there was some privacy concerns. We fixed that by hanging our beach towels on the stair railing and leaving the bathroom door open once we went to bed. The WiFi was touch n go but we were warned about that and knew that service would be slow. We didn’t watch tv much anyways. Overall, we loved it and will try to be back again.

A very nice house. Very comfortable for the 9 of us that stayed there. The lake view and access to it was a treat. We walked the neighborhood all around the lake and it was peaceful. We also visited Tahoe City and hiked the old train tunnels. But mostly, we relaxed and had family time together. Thanks! We highly recommend this property.

Allison and Bob's place was as pictured. The beds were super comfy, the place was beautiful and the surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. We even got about 4 inches of snow while we were there, so that was a huge bonus for us. We will definitely return in the future. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Raquel and Ben’s cabin in Nevada! The space was cozy, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were beautiful, and everything we needed was right there. You can really feel the care and intention that went into creating such a welcoming space. We’re so grateful for the experience and would absolutely love to return in the future. Highly recommend!

This is THE spot to stay at Serene Lakes! My husband and I spent a week here in the summer with my two little kids (3 and 5) and my in-laws. This is the most well stocked home I have ever stayed at (and we've stayed at a LOT of homes!) The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to cook big family meals. There are tons of games and toys for kids and adults, and the three levels provide plenty of space for multiple generations to spread out. The proximity to the beach is of course the best part. We did a big grocery run on the first day and then only got in the car a couple of times to visit Lake Tahoe. Otherwise we mountain biked, hiked, beached, and paddled right out the door. The perfect family vacation!

Got our of town to celebrate a girl's birthday weekend. This house was perfect for our large group. The home not only met our expectations from the photos, but exceeded them. The home has been beautifcally renovated with attention to details. Stunning bathrooms, comfy beds, wonderful gameoom and the list goes on from there. Highly would recommend this place! We booked our next stay while there!

Great spot. Close to the water, restaurants, and store. We love Almanor and try to get up at least once a year. Nadine’s home was great. Clean, comfortable, and had absolutely anything and everything you could need to help make you feel at home. Even our Shepherd felt right at home. I would 100% recommend this property. Fit for two families with separate units, but just the right size to get all together for dinner! Thanks Nadine!!

great host and very responsive. unit was surprisingly cute and updated in the older home neighborhood and it accommodated all guests. the two single beds were a tough sleep for adults but should be fine for kids

Updated kitchen, spacious, plenty of room for a boat, close to Rec area, good communication with owners. No complaints

Clean house. Quiet area. Huge driveway for guests/boats. Plenty of room to sleep a lot of people. My only complaint was that the trash bins were completely full when we arrived for a weekend.

My friends and I had a great stay. We came to the lake to fish so it was extremely convenient to have the Lake right across the street. There is a lake access around 200 yards from the cabin, which made getting our kayaks and boats in the water, easy. We plan to make this trip an annual tradition and can’t wait to stay here again.

Nice large peaceful space, great for relaxing and playing games with the family. We enjoyed the pool table and the poker table very much. Kitchen was well equipped and made it easy to cook for the family. The snacks and wine at check in was a nice touch. There was plenty of warm blankets to curl up in, in fact there was a beautiful handmade quilt that reminded me so much of my own at home that my grandmother made years ago! The host Ernie was very responsive when I had questions, and I really appreciated that. We enjoyed our weekend stay, only complaint is we wish we would have booked for more time.

The stay was great. Neighbors did call us out on a noise complain even though we were not loud. Other than that, great experience on having two living rooms and kitchens for different types of vibes.

This is our second time staying here, and we weren’t disappointed! Sometimes rentals start to feel a little run down after a few years, but this house and property is well kept and beautiful. Comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen, and lots of places to hang out. It’s easy to access, yet feels secluded and quiet. The little lake below the house is pretty, though not really swimmable, and ducks pass over often. Make sure to stop at Bitney Springs around the corner, where you can quickly fill up water bottles from always-running spigots that draw natural spring water from underground. The first time we stayed it was just 5 of us, and this time it was 9, and totally comfortable. Highly recommend!

I have been renting this house for four straight years for our annual guy's golf trip. Tiffani was great to work with. The house fits all of us and you cannot beat the location. I will definitely rent this house next year!
