Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

The apartment was quiet and spacious. Jay was super responsive and helpful, and even messaged us prior to arrival to help guide us to the apartment since we were arriving after dark. There's a big open space to the east with social paths to some nice gravel trails and the CAP canal bridge. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

Very clean and close to everything we needed. We slept so well. If you are in town to golf, Grey Hawk and Troon are right around the corner. Grocery store and restaurants are a stone throw away. Thank you Monica!!

We travel to AZ a couple of times a year and always stay at homes. We took a chance off of a recommendation for this apartment. Wow - we just found our new go-to place to stay in AZ! Check-in is so easy. The host is very thoughtful (i.e. changes the door code to a number that is familiar to you, making it easy for my family to remember). It is much more spacious than I thought, the master bedroom and bath is huge. It is a corner unit which not only gives more privacy but also gives more window walls, that just opens everything up. Living above High street is fun because everything is walkable - we got our breakfast foods walking down to Sprouts, coffee shop and plenty of food options. The space is new, and super clean, with a huge open layout that feels like you could easily host 15 people for a game. It is one block from a super large strip mall with more big and small shops you have time for and is right off the freeway. Great place! Thank you!

Amazing stay! This is my second time coming back and I absolutely love how quick and easy it is to get in and out of this complex . We couldn’t get the WiFi to connect to the PlayStation. I mentioned it after and they said they can reset it. Other than that perfect stay!! 10/10 recommend!

DaNuta’s place is nicely appointed, very clean and spacious enough for the two of us. It was also very quiet during the week of our stay. It’s in a decent location to catch a ride share where you need to go. There’s a nice vegan place for breakfast right next door. The only minor negative is that Waymo would not drop us off on the condo side of the street. We definitely would stay here again. Thanks!

5 stars - Amazing Stay! This place was perfect! The location couldn’t be better, right downtown with great food options just steps away. The apartment was exactly as pictured, and everything was spotless. The bed was incredibly comfy, definitely one of the best I’ve slept on during a stay! The host was super accommodating and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great spot in the city!

My fiancé and I planned a staycation and I’m glad we decided to choose this spot! It’s literally right by downtown with so much to do. The place looks just as the pictures, clear instructions and easy checkin process. I ended up leaving an item behind and didn’t realize till 40 minutes after checking out. Brendan quickly responded and was kind enough to remotely unlock the apartment to retrieve what I left behind. I definitely would book again if I were to stay in Scottsdale. Thanks again!

Great location to resturants. For the price you couldn't get closer to old town. Cute little place! Sprouts across the street so it was easy to grab groceries.

Gabriel's place seemed recently remodeled. It was done nicely, clean, easy to find and park. I would stay here again.

Araceli was responsive when we booked and sent us all the details for check in the morning of our stay. The place was clean and in a great location to highways, restaurants and entertainment, not to mention the home gym! The rule board had their personal contact for emergencies, thankfully there were none. I would book a stay here again when family or friends come to visit!

The Airbnb was conveniently located near the airport and matched the description perfectly. Its proximity to numerous stores made it even more convenient. Although our stay was brief, I would certainly choose to stay here again.

We would definitely stay again. A fun clean house. The only down side was the pool/spa heater wasn’t working when we got there but he was able to have someone come look at it so we were able to enjoy it the warmest days of our trip.

Our family enjoyed our time at the Airbnb. Everything was perfect for the eight adults and four kids in our party. We were outside much of the time as the backyard and pool area were perfect for us. When the temp was too chilly we found plenty to do in the area. Our family would love to return!

I thought Kate’s place was a low key oasis in the right place for me. It was as advertised. I would stay here again.

Great time with the family at Joe’s place. Great place for 2 families. Backyard is so fun. House is cool, too. Joe was very quick to respond when we couldn’t get the movie room projection TV to work. 5 min later we were enjoying football and movies. Would stay again. Cheers!

This was a great stay for a bachelorette weekend! It’s not too far from the airport and surrounded by various restaurants and stores. It’s not too far from tourist spots either. The hosts were great and very responsive. Clear expectations were provided to aid us in having a great stay!
