Walk to the West Mountain trail head or to Bathhouse Row from here! There are often deer in the back yard, and at night you can see horses and carriages go by from the Arlington Hotel.> The renovation of the house to make it fun, cozy, and safe for our guests has been a labor of love. We welcome any visitors who will respect and enjoy the property!! We have a portable Pack and Play for toddlers! We love children! The dining area faces the Park, and the TV room is between that and the kitchen!

You will fall in love with our "Tree house" located in the beautiful foothills of the Ouachita mountains. Ours is a 1700 sq Ft separate apartment with one oversize bedroom with king size Sleep Number bed, open concept living/dining room, full kitchen, bath, and deck with a gas BBQ pit, patio table, and hammocks. There is a TV in the living room and bedroom with local channels and Firestick. Completely stocked kitchen, with coffee maker, toaster oven, range, oven and refrigerator with ice maker.

The house is in the Historic District. Just blocks away to hiking trails in State and National Parks. It's a short five-minute drive to Hot Springs National Park Bathhouse Row and downtown restaurants and shops. The house has 2 units that share the front porch only. They have separate entrances. Also have separate backyard fencing. Pets that are house trained are allowed. Please declare pets at time of reservation we do charge a pet fee.
