The lodge perfectly suited our needs with two dogs. We were comfortable and made to feel very welcome by all the staff we met.

The place is very peaceful and best for relaxation. Edward is very responsive, helpful and considerate with our requests. The place is easy to reach from the station and he also suggests taxi service if you aren't driving.Huge grocery stores are literally just outside the Warminster station so it's very handy too! The pod looks the same as the photo shows however it will benefit from repainting so it will look more clean and cozy. The hot tub and the sauna are perfect! The linens (towels,bedsheets) smell clean and fresh which is important for us. The bed is really comfortable too. We had a lovely weekend and will definitely comeback. ☺️ Thank you Edward!

Lovely stay at The Stables. The hot tub was added luxury and perfect for a January getaway. Nancy communicated well about how to access the property and the place was as lovely as described and as the pictures suggested it would be. Would definitely recommend.

Kate was a fantastic host. The accommodation had everything we could need and was spotlessly clean. It’s in a fantastic location, very close to city centre but in a very quiet road and close to a brilliant pub. We will definitely check availability next time we return to Bath!

Beautiful property. Rooms were very spacious and well equipped. Rooms are conveniently arranged around a central courtyard making it very easy to move between them. Several log burners throughout the property with logs and kindling provided, which really added to the cosiness - not to mention the wood-fired hot tub and pizza oven! Sofabeds also large (doubles) and comfortable with bedding provided. Plenty of outside space to enjoy. A fantastic stay.

A fantastic place to stay in the heart of Bath. A home from home. A big thank you to our hosts who were both thoughtful and helpful. The check in and check out times were very flexible. All of our party thought it was an excellent place and we hope to visit again .

The perfect getaway to press pause on life for a few days! Very peaceful and private. Fiona was a brilliant host. Everything was thought of and there were personal touches and surprises in every draw. The homemade white chocolate and raspberry cookies were gorgeous. Would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back again soon.

Prior to our arrival Donna gave us helpful information and was incredibly quick to reply to any questions or queries. The house itself is absolutely beautiful with everything you could need. It was super clean, warm, cosy, comfortable and the hot tub was amazing with lovely views. Thank you so much for the lovely cake Donna and we will e back next year.

Bradford-on-Avon is a lovely town to stay in and to explore, and is also a great location to stay to access Bath. This house is so close to the British Rail station that we were able to use the train as a 10 minute shuffle service and avoid the hassle of Bath traffic and car parking.

Our stay was fantastic. The property was very spacious, very well equipped and had the feel of a luxury hotel. Location was perfect for getting to Bath and Bradford on Avon. A real treat for a Christmas break. Will definitely be back.

A lovely house, bright, spacious, clean and well equipped and nice and warm despite a cold and frosty weekend. Decent sized bedrooms which accommodated 8 of us easily. Even though it was on the main road the traffic noise was not a problem and we slept well. It was easy getting into town with the bus stop nearby. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, I would recommend this place to explore Bath and beyond.

Rubi is a lovely host and responded quickly to any questions. Rubi's welcome information was extremely useful and we ended up going to the local pub that was recommended and it was lovely. The house was clean, cosy and comfortable. All amenities listed were there and the rooms were as advertised. the living room was spacious and comfortable. The location is very handy to explore Bath.

A lovely little cottage close to local amenities. Tor and peace gardens are a 5mins drive. Lovely places to walk nearby. Close to outlet center & local restaurants. Great suggestions and communication from Barbie 😊

Wonderful house, with AMAZING views. Just got back from a few nights stay over New Year period with our young family, and the property was perfect. Great location to pop into Bath, nice walks nearby too. Andrew and Emily are wonderful hosts and their communication was always super fast and helpful. Will definitely be back!

Came for a change of scenery only an hour away but really felt like we had a break here :) Brought my dog, and even though no garden at this property (as listed) plenty of grass to take them out on a lead to. Cosy and warm -with a very comfy bed. Lovely to have access to the pool, a little cool for me being lazy but imagine perfect temperature to actually swim in! Would definitely come back x

The Potting Shed is a cute little hideaway, perfect for a couple. I really appreciated the clear communication and flexibility re check out time.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. Our daughters especially enjoyed the swimming pool. The cottage was clean, with beautiful surroundings and had everything we needed. It was also really lovely to be able to book my Dad into the ‘Little Stable’, which is a smaller, 2 person dwelling available to book. Fiona is a fantastic host and responded quickly to any queries. We would definitely recommend this to our family and friends.

We had a wonderful week at Mona's Mill House. The weather was perfect and we loved all the outdoor space, the animals in the fields and the gorgeous big, heated pool meant the kids were entertained and happy all day! It was lovely to have the Aga and the cosy sitting room for the evenings with real fire was a real treat. Mona left us a bottle of fizz in the fridge, which was a lovely touch. Super, spacious home in a beautiful, quiet part of Somerset, yet with close (driving) access to amenities and the stunning cathedral/palace of nearby Wells. The kitchen is fully stocked with implements, the house is kept cosy and warm throughout winter (it hit -2 whist we were there), there were games to play for the family and the pool in the spa 2 mins walk away was large and lovely. The surrounds were formed of picture perfect English countryside, with grazing sheep in nearby paddocks and rolling hills meeting manicured fields. Highly recommended spot!

Catherine is an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The welcome basket and homemade cake delicious and much appreciated. The house is wonderful, very spacious. It was everything we hoped for and more. The garden and orchard are delightful with several seating areas both near the house and further afield. Although we didn't use it I thought the fire pit and log stools were a great idea. There's plenty of space for 5 lively boys who enjoyed it all, especially the pool and the hammocks! Our family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you.

My family, with ages 16-80, all had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house. It is spacious, and with every amenity you could want. The garden is glorious, and in spite of unsettled weather we made lots of use of the pool, tennis court and BBQ. Georgie and Dan were kind enough to supply bikes, ample tennis raquets and balls, and swimming towels. They are wonderful hosts, with very prompt communications at all times. We felt very welcome in their home. There is lots to do both within walking distance and slightly further afield. I would recommend this place to anyone, of any age.
