Holiday rentals with breakfast in Brunswick

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful terrace house - with its own pool! Marco was on hand to let us in and show us around the house. The interior design of the house and the gardens are beautiful while the kitchen has everything a chef could need! The house is within walking distance of the Acland St shops and only 300m from the nearest tram station. It was very comfortable accomodation for our family of four. Very highly recommended. Marco was a very generous host. We feel very lucky we were able to stay here!

If I had to use one word to describe our stay it would be generous: Thank you so much for allowing us to use your lovely house as our base: It's gorgeous, roomy and homely. It's also well placed for getting around Melbourne. Griselda is also the most generous and responsive of hosts with lots of supplies for us when we arrived that were most were most welcome. The house is also very generous with all the space and things that make it feel like home. The house is much bigger than it appears on the photographs and has lots of different living areas internally and externally. We couldn't have been happier during our time here. It really was a home away from home for the weeks we have stayed. Thanks again and lovely to have visited:-))

This lovely cottage is in a very convenient spot for a Melbourne visitor. it is a short walk to trams and an inexpensive Uber ride to the city. The house has all the amenities we needed for our long weekend stay, plus so many thoughtful extras. Greg provided some lovely breakfast items, good coffee etc which we really appreciated. The beds were comfy and the whole house was clean and tidy. The back garden is a lovely spot for an outdoor meal. All in all we had a lovely weekend and would highly recommend.

Ramona place was exactly how described and it was great to be able to fit that moany people in without feeling like you were staying with alot of people. Close to everything you need locally or transport to wherever you wanted to go!

Jennifer’s place is an absolute gem. Tucked away in a quiet part of Fitzroy north, you’re close enough to everything but also close enough to the buzzy parts of the city. Well appointed with everything you need, great kitchen, comfy bed and Jennifer was a breeze to deal with

The perfect spot to get ready for our wedding day. The home is incredibly spacious with everything you could need available (including for our one year old). Thank you very much for having us.

Michelle's property was ideally located for the purpose of our visit. She is a wonderful host and was extremely diligent and interactive as necessary. Her property is very homely and so close to the local village. She provided us with some welcome "treats" which was such a nice and kind gesture. The house was very well presented, clean and tidy, and has everything you could possibly want. A great place to stay for our visit. Will certainly stay again.

Great studio apartment in a wonderful location right behind Armadale’s High St. Light & bright large with super comfortable queen bed & full size kitchen & dining table & lovely little balcony to catch the morning sun. Tram’s a 1 minute walk & train station a stroll down the high street. Very quiet location especially considering its proximity to the shopping & eating precinct. Others have mentioned the metal circular access staircase. As long as you have considered that when booking, it presented no problems & meant additional privacy & a lovely outlook over the surrounding suburb. I’m a frequent visitor to Melbourne & will definitely stay here again.

I’ ve had wonderfull days in Kristina’s appartement. I arrived late and was very pleased with the delights Kristina left for me, also for breakfast. I felt very much at home and could both find rest and enjoy the lively environment. I highly recomment Kristina’s place!

I booked the Airbnb for my parents who were visiting and they had a great stay at Rod and Anne’s. The apartment was well equipped for their long stay. They were able to do their laundry and cook some simple meals in the apartment too. Location is amazing, just minutes away from the Metro and lots of food establishments right at the doorstep. Thank you for sharing the beautiful space with us.

Michelle’s apartment was in a great location close to a really pretty park area, lots of restaurants / cafes etc and walking distance to the CBD and beyond. We had a very comfortable stay and had everything we needed. Communication from Michelle was really helpful and clear. Would recommend.

Fantastic location for access to Hawthorn, Camberwell and surrounds. Very comfortable stay with all the comforts we needed for a week, great off-lead dog park nearby.

Wow, this place is simply awesome, the best place I've stayed in from AirBnb. Nice quiet building, minimal to no street noise despite being located in the heart of a city centre with lots of delicious places nearby. Right next to the Flinders station which was convenient for our trips out of the city. The flat is very spacious and the kitchen is extremely well equipped, they even had some spices. The host is friendly and helpful, had no problems with them. The only downside is awful internet connection, so if you need stable internet to get some work done you better find a cafe you like somewhere around.

Always love staying here when we’re in the area. Can’t recommend enough post as amazing at their houses incredible.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Paul and Kumari are incredibly kind and have amazing stories to share. They truly made me feel at home, taking me under their wing and offering so much warmth and support. The breakfast was fantastic, and their stories were just as delightful. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, grocery stores, cafes, and anything else you may need. Paul and Kumari also went above and beyond by connecting me with people while I searched for accommodation in Melbourne, as I had recently moved here and was looking for something more long-term. Their hospitality made all the difference. Highly recommend!

We had a gorgeous stay at Lavender Farm. Such a beautiful location to spend a few days, relax and enjoy the views. The breakfast provisions and walnut cake were so thoughtful and delicious. We would recommend a weekend away at Lavender Farm to everyone. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

Pam has a great gift for creating a beautiful, elegant environment that is also a warm, welcoming and comfortable place to stay. The garden areas, both indoor and outdoor, are a fantastic feature. Plenty of places to relax with a drink and a book or paper. The beds are very comfortable and all the facilities made for a very happy and enjoyable weekend stay. Pam is very friendly and interesting to talk to without ever being intrusive. She went well beyond our expectations as a hostess and we would highly recommend staying there. The house is in a lovely location within easy reach of many interesting places and We look forward to returning and seeing more of the local area from such a great base.
