Holiday houses in Brumaire

Villa Verandah is relaxing from the moment you check in. Peter arranged for an airport pick up for us and for water taxi from St. Kitts to Nevis. The car rental met us at the dock with Peter's house agent, who escorted us to the house and oriented us. The screened verandah is huge and was one of our highlights. The pool is beautiful and relaxing with a fountain. The location is great- close to restaurants and 2 great beaches. You can see the sea from the property. We had a few issues during our stay- regarding home equipment and Peter responded immediately. The house agent was also reachable by cell and very responsive. It was a great week.

The studio was clean and bug free ! The ac worked great . We loved having a fridge, stove and electric kettle . There is a deck that you can sit and enjoy a meal or just hang out . You can walk to Frigate bay if you are an active person about 25 mins (no sidewalks) . The taxis had no problem finding us. We felt very safe and the location was easy to find . The beach towels are a plus ! I have never had so much extra towels in an air bnb before and we loved it ! I would book again and recommend to my friend ! Happy to find a gem that was budget friendly !

An amazing host and with amazing accommodations. We never went short of anything. Heidi is amazing, everything you could ever wish for in a host. Her place is clean, quiet and homey. The kitchen is fully decked out with a large fridge freezer that supplies filtered water and ice at all times. It was seriously like being at home. The pool and surrounding area is so serene, with lots of chairs to relax in. We all shared dinner a couple of evenings along with some wine and the atmosphere was great. I would highly recommend Heidis AirB&B if looking for privacy and peacefulness for your vacation to St. Kitts.

GP was great and responsive from the moment I booked. he gave precise instructions on how to get to the location and recommendations for the area. As soon as we got there, he treated us like guests who were staying in his own home. He made it very clear that we can reach out to him for anything. The room had everything we needed and was very cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do in the area also. Most importantly we felt completely safe. I would highly recommend this property to everyone I know staying in Nevis. Thanks for being amazing hosts with the most beautiful home.

The place was nice as always, but this time especially nicer thanks to the installation of the a/c unit in the living room. This is quite an upgrade. Always comfortable, always clean. Thank you for making my stay a very pleasant one once again. Sandra

The place is exactly like the pictures. Every morning, we had coffee and breakfast staring at the ocean. One of my favorite air bnbs due to the peacefully location (there are several restaurants on the Beach within walking distance( including the Beach Bar onsite.) I have never had a more responsive host, Vanessa helped booked our rides from the airport on St. kitts to the marriot where we stayed at first, then to the boat, then from the Boat to the house on Nevis and everything for our return-taking all the pressure of planning a family vacation. The pool is small (no real shallow end but stairs and edge seating for the kids) which was perfect since the ocean is like a giant pool. The sand is darker so you can't tell in the pictures but the water is crystal clear. Nevis is my new favorite island in the carribean.. A must stay for those who want to be literally stay ON THE BEACH

If you have an opportunity to stay at Seabreeze, don’t miss it! We stayed for 8 wonderful days over the holidays. The house is beautiful with dramatic and expansive views of the Caribbean sea. The terraces and pool still provide plenty of privacy because the house is built into a hillside. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home, and the pool was lovely for lounging and relaxing in between excursions. We rented a jeep and enjoyed exploring St. Kitts and taking a day trip to Nevis. Chris provided great recommendations for food and fun. If we could have given Seabreeze six stars, we would have. Hope to be back!

Had the BEST stay, Akilah was so friendly and welcoming. The apartment was perfect had everything we needed especially loved the tea/coffee basket. The house, grounds and views were phenomenal I watched the sunrise a few times and was amazed by the beauty every time! Thank you so much for having us, we’ll definitely be back ♥️

We have just left Island Paradise & Barbara’s place really is paradise . Excellent location- waking up to the Atlantic waves and perfect sunrises was a highlight of our day. The apartment has everything you need, we cooked & stayed in a couple of times . Barbara met us on arrival & was very responsive when I sent a couple of questions when we first arrived . The shops & restaurants are close by & the Coconut Grove , cafe/bar on site serve the best coffee around - it’s a must if you stay in 1A Island Paradise . Great holiday in a great place .

Joyce was amazing! Traveling with just my 8yr old - we were comfortable, safe, and in the right hands. Joyce helped with taxi service to and from the airport. Met with me before check-in and was available for any questions. The location was perfect. Extremely walkable; restaurants, supermarkets, and evening snacks within minutes. View is incredible, was able to wake up and watch the sunrise. Pool was a hit for my daughter - pool noodles and plenty of towels provided. We cooked a few meals, everything available in the kitchen! Towels, rags and hand cloths were clean and comfy. She even had our favorite game SkipBo which we forgot to pack ourselves! We also did an ATV excursion which picked us up right in the area. We wanted a peaceful long weekend and that’s exactly what we got!
