Holiday rentals with a patio in Browns Bay

We loved our stay. We were in Auckland for the tennis and the location couldn't be better.

Gordon and Sandy were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the breathable cotton sheet and cotton blanket for midsummer rather than the sticky polyester duvet most places supply in summer. Well done.

We just spent 3 nights at Cannelle's place for Sail GP. She was super accomodating in all respects even letting us park earlier and communicating immediately when we inquired about anything. We have stayed in the Viaduct before and this matched or beat all previous stays there. The location is perfect for any activity around the Viaduct or central Auckland. We left an item in the apt. and within 20 minutes Cannelle was there to open and give it to us. Very highly recommended!!! Neil and Martha

Pam was very pleasant to have as a host and the place was perfect for what we needed. Great location downtown to get to all the areas we wanted. Cool view of the tower and bridge from the patio. Flex room on main floor which she set up for our needs with a second separate sleeping area which was very appreciated. Great place and was clearly explained in listing and would book it again if needed. Thank you

Perfect accommodation, stayed two nights before travelling on. Just beware the accommodation is in a business courtyard and can be noisy at times. However we were aware of this, but it didn’t detract us from staying in this lovely flat. Heather Jayne was always amenable and agreed we could check in slightly earlier.

Brendon and Jayne's place made up the entire basement of a multi-level home and offered a good deal of privacy almost similar to having our own apartment. Communication was stellar; Brendon and Jayne were there when we arrived and showed us all the many features of the unit. This included a well-stocked kitchen (with various condiments like vinegar, salt-pepper, sugar, coffee, etc.), a very functional separate bathroom (plenty of hot water), and a very comfortable, queen-sized bed with good blankets, pillows, etc. The living area was quite large and included a smart TV, two couches, a table, and plenty of extra pillows. The patio was excellent to relax in the evening, and provided plenty of sunlight for drying laundry, towels, etc. The pool was one of the major reasons we chose this unit. The other major reason was the location. We were very close to the beach-side part of St. Heliers with many excellent restaurants, bars, 2 grocery stores, and a nice beach to relax at.

This property was all the "C"s - clean, conveniently located, comfortable and cosy. It was situated in a safe gated compound with well maintained pool, gym and tennis court at the foot of Mount Wellington a great local beauty spot from the top of which are sweeping views of all of Auckland. It is a short bus ride/reasonable walk from the excellent Sylvia Park shopping mall and the railway/bus station almost opposite provides quick uncomplicated access to the city's transport network - 15 mins from the CBD.

Nice, modern home with fairly new whitegoods and furnishings. The web browser and water/ice dispenser built into the fridge was a novelty for us, and we loved the heated floor in the master suite bathroom. Only thing to note is that shops/convenience stores are a little far from the house (at least ~1km away) so whilst walkable, it's easier and more convenient if you have a car. Overall, we had a great stay!

We loved this beautiful home in St Hiliers, Auckland. It was the perfect end to our busy holiday. A chance to relax and slow down in a relaxing coastal part of Auckland. Best of all, the host responds to any communication quickly, and is kind and understanding of children. She is very accommodating and makes the house feel Homely.We would definitely recommend this place to stay! It was fantastic and had everything we needed.

Great stay at Winnie’s place in remuera - plenty of space for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). Nice and quiet area but handy to Auckland activities. Winnie was a proactive and responsive host. Highly recommended!

This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

Cameras outside was bit intrusive, the one looking at you when you sitting outside in the courtyard especially its from other property. Otherwise no complaints.Perfect for big family. Enjoyed it will do it again.

We stayed at Lyndal’s home to attend a Coldplay concert at Eden Stadium. The home is only a 5 minute walk away which made it perfectly located. The Kingsland area has many, many restaurants and with the train station only 500 metres away everything in Auckland is well within reach. We loved everything about our stay here.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Gorgeous and clean place. The area was bustling in the day but quiet at night and felt safe. I really commend Carol for stocking the place with literally every amenity you could think of, which made my stay 10x better. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of three loved staying at Jon's place. It's spacious, clean, and SO well-equipped. We loved being right next to the park and supermarket, and a short drive from Ponsonby. Would stay again.

Linley's apartment was perfect! A beautifully setup place to relax in which had everything you needed, even down to a portacot for our little one. There a as also a swimming pool, spa and a carpark available. A quick walk to lovely cafes, and the Viaduct and downtown CBD. Just a perfect location! Linley was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and we would most definitely recommend a stay at this awesome air bnb. Thanks so much for everything Linley, and also to Karin! 🙂

We had a great 3-day stay at Nick's place and would be happy to stay here again. The private balcony is clearly the star of the show with its garden, grill, jacuzzi ("spa pool" in Kiwi-speak), and Sky Tower view. The condo is in a great location (I recommend the Grey Lynn butcher shop to make best use of Nick's grill) while still being quiet & private. And Nick himself is easily among the best Airbnb hosts I've interacted with –– he went above & beyond to make sure that check in & check out were at times that made sense for us, he's got a great sense of humor ("humour" in Kiwi-speak), and generally speaking he seemed to genuinely care that we had a fun experience.
