House holiday rentals in Broughty Ferry

We loved our stay! Everything was clean and the bedroom were very nice with comfortable beds. The house had a very cozzy feeling to it. We didn’t had the right plugs for the phone charger and they were nice enough to borrow us 4. On the day of our check out we needed ice to put in the insulin container of my mom and they went above and beyond to get some ice for us, really thankful for that! Overall I would really recommend this place. Location was great too, close by to the beach and restaurants and just 1 hour away from Edinburgh

Our stay at Paula's place was perfect. We really did feel immediately at home. We were looking for relaxation and calm and Paula's cottage delivered. It's beautifully decorated, with some very stylist touches. It was very clean, with a well equipped homely kitchen and comfy beds The cottage has fabulous views over the Angus county side. We loved the spa (swam and used the sauna every day). We would recommend the Arbroath cliff walk , followed by lunch in Arbroath. Paula and Robert were very welcoming and helpful. I can't recommend Balgarvie Home Farm highly enough, I hope to return next year.

Absolutely fabulous stay at The Broch. The accommodation is immaculate and has everything you need. David was on hand to answer any queries and got back to us immediately when questions asked. The swimming pool was amazing also and our little boy absolutely loved it - fab that you get slots to yourself. The only thing we would suggest was possibly blinds in the living/bedroom area. Because the building is all glass, it’s was uncomfortably warm inside and it was quite difficult to sleep! Minor thing for such a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning with the rest of our family. Highly recommend and well worth the money.

This place is outstanding. It's idyllic and so peaceful. I travelled with my husband, 3 Yr old daughter and my mother, and everyone had a perfect time. Esk Broch was perfect. the pool and gym were wonderful and he location has some much to do if you want it. would recommend any day.

we stayed with Margaret for four days in August with family. We used the house as a base . I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely old house, perfect place for extended family group to stay. The toys and the pool were loved by the children. Great for local rural walks and feels very much in the countryside despite being close to local towns.

Stayed a few times now and love the place, fantastic house with loads of space, great location, had a call before arrival informing us of a minor maintenance issue that had just happened, we were offered alternative accommodation but were more than happy to just stay here. Great service, great location and great home, it will be the first place we look for when we're back in the area.

Good place to stay for a few days. Elie great area and close to Elie / Earlsferry beach / local shops - short walk. Elie isn't a cheap place to stay, but worth it. Fitted well with two couples - one with 1 year old baby. Rubbish / recycling arangements a bit unclear. Kitchen well stocked with utensils - coffee pod machine, but no cafetiere - though seemed to have a place for one in the cupboard?

Such a fantastic property in such peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to the heart of the city. Can certainly highly recommend Hollybush Cottage, was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. The views, the wildlife, the space to enjoy, all made it such a memorable trip for us all. Thanks to Clare for being responsive and providing us with the perfect base.

Hawthorn Cottage was fantastic for getting three parts of the family together for Christmas. Plenty of space for everyone whether together or wanting a bit of quiet time in the sun room. The kitchen was easy for two or the people to work in at the same time, and very well equipped, so rose to the challenge of Christmas dinner admirably. We enjoyed having the wood burner as a treat. All of our group commented on how well it all met our needs. It was in easy walking distance of all the lovely parts of Pittenweem and we enjoyed exploring more than we've been able to do on day trips. Megan was really friendly and responsive and this made it all very easy - thank you.

We enjoyed a wonderful family time in a very calm place and during the after-Christmas dass. The house is great for up to 7 people, everything worked nicely. Even a decorated Christmas tree was in installed.

Myself, husband 2 teenagers and 2 dogs had a lovely stay at Rebecca's! We went to the St Andrews Uni open day and her cottage was perfectly placed as only a few minutes drive away. Cottage was clean, spacious and well looked after with lots of nice touches. Log fire was very much enjoyed ! Enough kitchen essentials for us to cook for ourselves 2 out of 3 nights. And the small amount of washing powder in the utility room and access to a washing machine was v helpful! Thank you!

I can't praise this accomodation highly enough. From very first booking until arriving ( very early morning after being delayed by storms) Zahib always answered straight away. The property was immaculate -we were in awe from minute we arrived - we were there as a group of 9 celebrating a friends 60th. 2 bedrooms aren't actually en suite but both had a toilet right beside it - this was important ti us to have privacy. We hadn't been able to get coals for BBQ and owner went and got some for us. These are things that are really appreciated. We were also refunded part for missed night - it was our decision not to travel so this was not expected but very much appreciated. The games room was perfect when the boys had had enough of girls chatter! But it's great size and we could all easily have fitted in -just never got around to it. The sauna and hot tub and BBQ area is amazing - we all want to book again for summer to enjoy beautiful grounds! Such a perfect weekend!

Lovely private cottage with great views of the hills in Scotland with lots of nice areas nearby to go a peaceful walk. Simon was very helpful and reached out a week prior to give me all the information we needed. Overall was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend. Only thing which can't really be helped was the cost of running the hot tub was quite expensive but we definitely got good use out of it.

Wonderful family stay at Elizabeth’s property. Amazing property with beautiful surroundings. We were celebrating a family members birthday and it very special and even managed to see the northern lights. St Andrews is a short drive away. The property was so homely and loved getting the fire on and going out for walks with the dogs. Thank you Elizabeth and Guy for a wonderful stay. Will definitely book to stay again

Brilliant stay away. Myself and my colleague stayed here whilst doing some work across different areas of Scotland. It was a great base. The Hottub was lovely and clean and a great extra. Spacious bedrooms, lounge and kitchen. Our host was brilliant when we needed some help with a couple of items. Would recommend

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host responded really quickly to any queries. The kitchen was quite well equipped. My only issue was there was only one shelf in the oven, making it tricky to cook a roast for 4 of us. And also there was only room for 4 to sit in the living room. Another easy chair or sofa would have made it much more relaxed. Overall, though, everything was great!

Lovely cosy, quirky house with some fantastic artwork on the walls - which is for sale. Tastefully decorated and furnished, the small bar was the icing on the cake. We just filled the large fridge with our Champagne and wines and that was us sorted for the New Year. Not a lot of pressure from the electric shower & difficult to set exact temperature, caused slight issue in two of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped apart from a soup ladle.

We had a great extended family (6 adults plus a baby) holiday here. The house layout was perfect for our needs and was very comfortable and relaxing. The external grounds were also great. There were loads of things to do in the area and we would be very happy to return here.

Had a great time here over the New Year period, was exactly what was described on the listing & more. Allan is friendly and helpful with anything you may need. Would definitely recommend this place :)

Great place if you’re looking to stay, we felt very at home and the house has everything you need! Very clean and lots of space, with lovely large garden. The host is so kind and always responsive. We enjoyed our trip here so much we extended our reservation. Perfect location just outside of Edinburgh so you can visit all the major areas around. Highly recommend!
