A perfect winter getaway! Cozy, especially with the fireplace, and homey. Plenty of space for a family get together - good communal spaces while also enough room for individual retreat. All the amenities one could need are provided. SO grateful for a place that allows dogs. The owner is timely in response and kind. Understandably so due to environment but there were some insects in the home and dead bugs in some area (ladybugs, flies, etc). Overall, a great stay and wonderful place - would recommend.

This charming little cabin was exactly what I was looking for—peaceful, private, and incredibly cozy. From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The interior was not only very well furnished but also spotless, which made the stay even more comfortable. The upstairs bathroom shower had amazing water pressure—such a nice touch after a long day of relaxing. I also appreciated the thoughtful entertainment options, from a great selection of board games to multiple streaming apps on the TVs. One of my favorite features was the wraparound porch—if only it had been warmer outside, I would have spent hours enjoying the serene surroundings! Overall, this cabin exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely book it again. Highly recommend!

We brought the family here (7 of us) so we could have a little more space than a stand hotel room. We loved it and will definitely stay again. The place was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well quipped with all the necessities. Just a short drive to the waterpark.

Natasha was very responsive. Her place had all the extras which was really nice not to have to pack, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, towels, crockpot, pots/pans, pizza cutter, etc. Very close to 3 bears, so quick walk across the street (in the resort neighborhood) to the Waterpark!

My out-of-state adult children were delighted to stay at Carol's place over the holidays. They thought it was one of the nicest Airbnbs they've stayed at over the years, with a very cozy, homey feel. Several members of my family have sensitivities to scents and really appreciated that there weren't any artificial fragrances in the house or strong detergent smells in the bedding. They also said the cotton sheets were wonderful. The whole house was super clean and well appointed. Personally, Carol was great to work with in setting up the reservation. She was the most pro-active Airbnb host that I've ever worked with, checking in several times with me to make sure that all of my family's needs would be met. I would very highly recommend her home if you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in the area. She's an excellent host!

Huge Cabin near Castle Rock Lake!!!

Katie's place was great. This was our second time staying at Katie's cabin (first was in Sept 2022). All of the points that I mentioned in my first review still stand (very roomy, comfortable, private and with a well stocked kitchen, though cell service is spotty). Additionally, the Dollar General, which we did not use last time around, was very convenient and within walking distance. For more details, I recommend reading my Sept 2022 review. Our group would be willing to stay there again.

The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The place is absolutely beautiful with an amazing open layout for a group to spend quality time together. It’s light and airy with lots of windows yet very secluded for some peace and privacy. It has all the amenities and more including plenty of linens and toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen including spices, coffee, and tea. Couldn’t be more thankful to the amazing hosts for ensuring we had a great weekend getaway!!

I love that there were two separate kitchens for both floors making it easy for the families with kids to stay on one floor and do their own thing for groceries! We loved that it had 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. everyone had a good bed and no waiting for bathrooms. We played games provided. It was also awesome to have 2 full kitchens. It is plenty close to Three Bears Resort. We bought day passes for our group.

We rented Daniel's home for our family Christmas. There were 6 adults, 6 children and our lab. The home was spacious enough we didn't feel we were on top of each other. There were plenty of sleeping spaces and having 2 1/2 bathrooms was a huge plus. The kids and Dads had a blast in the garage playing foosball. It was great having a place for the kids to go and play that allowed them to stretch out and make noise without having to worry about disturbing the other family members. The kitchen had everything we needed, and Daniel had the whole house decorated for Christmas including a beautiful tree. He really made sure our stay was perfect. Daniel was very responsive to the few questions we had, and very friendly. The family requested we rent it again next year for our family Christmas, they enjoyed it so much!

We really enjoyed the stay! The cabin was more beautiful on the inside than we expected. It’s well set up for a small group. Atty the dog was very sweet! As an FYI, she did stay right outside our door almost the whole time we were there. It drove our dog crazy! For that reason we won’t be able to bring our dog along next time if we rebook. Atty also followed us along on a walk. She walked in the middle of the road and did not respond to our commands. We were very concerned about her safety as there are blind spots on the road. One car had to drive on the other side of the road to get around her. Fortunately he saw us and slowed way down. When I asked Gloria to call her home, she was not able to do so until hours later. So we weren’t able to enjoy walks because we felt too responsible for Atty. Otherwise everything was very nice! As an fyi, some type of pesticide is used in the home.

I recommend anyone who is looking to visit LaCrosse WI to stay at Jodi's place. 100% satisfied. The home is clean, well organized, and well supplied for any person or family.
