This was the second time we have stayed as a family at Graham's house when visiting Suffolk, and it was just as comfortable and welcoming as the first time. Graham was a great host who was able to accommodate our requested dates and offered a flexible check-in. The house is really well equipped and clean and in a lovely location with a lot of character. The beds are very comfy too, and we really valued the treats on arrival to toast the New Year - thank you so much - would highly recommend staying here!

We were a group of 15 friends and family - adults, teenagers and children - celebrating new year together. The property suited us perfectly and had everything we needed for a great few days. The location is excellent for the Jurassic coast beaches and Lyme Regis.

The house was extremely beautiful. We were there for a girls staycation and felt very safe and homely. The host was extremely kind and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at the barn this November. Michelle was a great communicator for any questions I had which made the whole process effortless. The owners are lovely and the barn exactly as described. Hoping to return in the Summer to be able to take advantage of the pool.

We spent 3 nights at this house with extended family members. We ranged in age from 4 -54 and we all had a great time. The house was immaculate and we had no faults. Plenty of space if you needed 5 minutes alone it was amazing. We will definitely be back. Kris was very friendly and explained everything, thanks kris

Had an amazing stay for my Mums birthday, the spa complex was incredible and definitely made the trip! Comfy beds and the bath and shower was incredible. Thank you so much for letting us stay - the dog enjoyed the beach only 20 mins away as well!!

Amazing! Aurelien’s Airbnb was 5*! Large and spacious, for two people we had plenty of space and many amenities to enjoy. We arrived much later than expected and Aurelien very kindly provided photos and detailed instructions so we arrived safely even in the dark. I have already recommended this location to friends and colleagues and really hope to stay here again! I would say this location is best enjoyed with a car - the secure and private parking on site makes driving here a great experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this adorable Airbnb, and it was an experience I'll never forget. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the charming decor and welcoming atmosphere of the place. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the stunning pool. Nestled in a beautifully landscaped garden, the pool area was an absolute oasis of tranquility. We spent countless hours lounging by the pool. It was the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. The facilities at this Airbnb were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and everything we needed to prepare delicious meals. The living area was cozy and inviting, with comfortable furniture and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night's sleep each evening.

Had a wonderful time. When we arrived for our Christmas break the Christmas lights and Christmas tree were twinkling a welcome. There was also Christmas music playing thru the tv. Made us feel very festive! We had an issue with the ovens and Emma was quick visit and to sort it out.

Perfect family retreat! All bedrooms are spacious and ideal. Would definitely stay again and 100% recommend

We stayed at The Old Bakery for a family get together over the Christmas week, there were 8 adults. Frances was really accommodating and put in an extra fridge for us, which was really useful. The cottage was always cosy and warm with enough firewood for us to use the wood burner every evening which gave it an extra festive and warm vibe. Always hot water in baths and showers. Fantastic amount of pots and pans to cook for 8 - including our Christmas lunch with all the trimmings. Lovely quiet location so a real getaway! The Old Bakery is a really warm and friendly cottage, we had a very happy time!

The house was very very nice and pretty large which we needed and in a superb location. Very nice quiet street but also very close to Church Street and all its amen. The kids playroom basement was a real bonus for our kids. Kaz was very friendly and really helped us out by letting us drop our 4 suitcases when we arrived in Stoke Newington otherwise we would have had an awkward few hours! She also let us move into the house early which was also very appreciated. Overall it was probably our best Airbnb experience to date.

Absolutely love this accommodation and the hosts running it. Perfect set up for anyone mountain biking in the area with secure shed, bike wash area, maintenance room. Really cool decor, everything you need, short walk into Merthry for food and drinks and less than 10 mins for Bike Park Wales. Hosts are super helpful with local recommendations and always quick to respond. I've stayed here with friends a few times now and can't recommend it enough, it's the first place and I'll always look if available if visiting BPW or Dirt Farm.

Location was perfect! Easy access to Carbis Bay and a short walk into St Ives. The view was amazing. Lori was fabulous to deal with. Very responsive and flexible.

What a wonderful 3 day we spent here! A cozy cottage, yet very spacious, clean, lovely stew, good beds and super friendly hosts! The enclosed outdoor play area is fantastically beautifully done and a big plus. At a 2-minute walk (almost in the backyard) you will also find hof poppendamme, which was wonderful with the children. At the same time it is wonderfully quiet and we enjoyed a beautiful view every morning. We are already looking forward to our return soon. If it depends on the children, preferably for an entire week.

I stayed at Sonia’s house with a group of friends. We were 6 adults and 5 children aged 3 to 7. The house was perfect and I actually think the photos don’t quite do it justice. There is plenty of space for the children and adults to do their own thing but also come together. Reception spaces were so cosy with lots of space and made a great cinema room or snug, depending what mood you’re in. Bedrooms were all a great size and and beds were so comfortable! Sonia is a great host. Very responsive, kind and helpful. We have already said, we will be back as it’s such a great house for a gathering with friends.

Amazing place - beautiful design - with a view that's unbeatable.

Thank you Paul, Sandra & Sam for a wonderful stay at Mistletoe Farm to celebrate my Mum’s 60th birthday. Everything was exactly as we hoped and more! The bar, garden kitchen and party room were fantastic areas. We loved the hot tub, karaoke, log burner and twinkly lights! The Somerset evening was brilliant - welly wanging was so much fun and we all really enjoyed the cider tasting and hog roast. Thank you so much for catering for the non-drinkers and veggies in the group! Paul was always available on his phone if we needed assistance, and always made sure we were warm and comfortable. We really enjoyed spending time in the kitchen and living area in the annexe - this is a really cosy spot. The surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed a walk to Hornsbury Mill nearby. We would also recommend the 5 dials pub which is a 5 minute drive away - really lovely food, good service and a great atmosphere. The guests ages ranged from 2 to 80+ and everyone had a fantastic time! 🥳🎉

This was our second time staying in Camm house. Once again a perfect stay, a real home from home. Lee and Sarah gave good instructions and were easily contactable, thank you for a fantastic stay again!! The house has everything required for your stay, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining area. We had 8 people and a small dog staying for the week, the house still felt spacious. Just a fairly short walk to the town and beach, which has a fantastic stretch of sand, and some good bars!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, nice and warm, and exactly as listed. A quiet location and dog friendly. Thoughtful host who left a little welcome basket of bits and had good communication. We intend to rebook next time we’re back in Brighton.

we had a great stay in Lisa's place it was perfect for our few days in Brugge between Christmas and New Year. Super close to the city center which is a must for those going to see the sights but more importantly when we were at the place it was perfect for our family of 5. plenty of space, comfortable beds and the table football kept us busy for hours!! Lisa was great host, really proactive and great communication. would highly recommend!!!

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.
