Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bristol

A review won’t really do this place justice! Absolutely my favorite air bnb to date. One of those houses you would own if you could. The space is well appointed. Furniture at every corner so you can sit and look at the water. Very very comfy. Lots of extras. Easy to clean pups paws (literally a PERFECT place to take the four leggeds. Pretty walking trails through the Marsh… seriously, you will want for nothing more. You will not want to leave.

As soon as we arrived to Nan’s House we knew it would be a wonderful Christmas. The house was decorated beautifully and even had a Christmas tree to put our gifts under. The kitchen was immaculate and the beds were all very comfy. Katherine was very responsive and answered quickly. Our family had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend.

Alexi's and Alan's place was amazing and they were really wonderful hosts. Very responsive and accommodating when possible. The house was super clean and immediately gave us a "homey" feeling. The house also was equipped with everything we might have needed. The ocean views are great. We would definitely come back!

Very clean, comfortable and well furnished home. Plenty of room. Beautiful three season porch. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described on the website. We especially appreciated that the TV’s were hooked up to cable so we could watch local and national sports (we’re Bruins fans). We would definitely rent again.

My family felt right at home at Stephen’s place. It was comfortable and clean. It is a quiet location away from any traffic. Would definitely stay there again.

I was visiting for the holidays, and happy to find Monica's listing was in easy proximity to family and friends. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and I felt right at home. Though I didn't cook as I was out so much, I did note the kitchen was well supplied. The entire place was clean, neat and as pictured. The large backyard is securely fenced, which with two small dogs I really appreciated. Watching my young dog zip around while I stood on the deck above was great fun. It was an enjoyable stay and I'd re-book for future visits.

Wonderful stay for our family, peaceful but great proximity to the cape and Boston. Tiverton had plenty to do on days we wanted to stay home. Macy has the house stocked with everything we needed and then some. We look forward to returning!

Our family of ten had a wonderful time at the large dining room table and in the spacious living room. We took the short walk to the beautiful beach twice a day!

What a gem this is! Our whole family felt right at home here (baby and pup included!). The place was clean and comfortable! We were fortunate to run into Tara on our way out, what a light she is! So incredibly kind, easy to communicate with and allowed us to check out late which we ended up not needing. If we find ourselves back in Providence we will be looking to stay here again for sure!

This apartment is a gem! Tom and Cindi have thought of all the details: plenty of extra pillows and blankets, nightlights readily available for us to plug in or not as/where needed, good blackout curtains in the bedroom, granola bars and some kitchen basics like butter and cream, an electric kettle as well as a coffee maker, and a wide variety of extra toiletries in case guests have forgotten anything. Tom greeted us in person when we arrived and made us feel welcome and at home. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. While it’s not walkable to downtown, it’s a fun neighborhood to walk around, near the bay. We’d stay here again if we visit this area again!

Just a great airbnb, especially for a large group accommodation which is what we needed. Great location in the heart of Newport. Paul was overly available and helpful. Would absolutely recommend a stay here or with their other two properties.

Perfect location for my needs. Its was very cold weather when I stayed and David’s place was cozy warm. Would love to come back

Jason was responsive and the place is very cozy. There are grocery shops within walking distance. There’s not a lot of natural light in the room since it’s half underground but it was expected.

We had a very comfortable relaxed stay! The space was clean and well equipped. The beds were soooo comfortable as was all the living room furniture! Craig was very responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We lived the location and made two visits to the close by Big Red slide and walked the beach! So close! I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return.

We flew into town for our son’s OCS graduation. We spent our first night at a Hilton and did not like the amenities. I was able to book this condo at about 2am and the host, Mathew had the place ready to go by noon. This condo was spotless, clean and felt like home. Our host was attentive and created a comfortable atmosphere. We loved this area, as the neighborhood is a typical east coastal community. We had plenty of street parking and a cool little coffee shop about 100 ft from the condo. There are a ton of shops and restaurants within walking distance if you don’t feel like driving. I highly recommend this condo for anyone staying in the Newport area. Mathew thank you for everything. Jay

I’ve stayed in this home several times. The home is beautiful with a nautical theme throughout. Norm is always friendly, proactive, and responsive. It’s very quiet in a gorgeous New England setting. It’s like a second home when I’m in Little Compton.
