Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brindisi

We stayed at the beautiful Nieves estate for a week. It was a real shame to leave... leave the place and leave the people... we were greeted by Nieves, his family and his pets as if we were always friends... we spent wonderful evenings talking with them and the presence of Nieves was fundamental to discover enchanting places in Puglia. Ideal house also for children who are free to explore nature and experience the scents of that beautiful land in a safe and loving environment! We'll definitely be back!

The house was fantastic, especially for the kids who loved the swimming pool and the patio which had plenty of space for them. The house is also beautiful and spacious and we enjoyed being able to do outdoor bbqs, eating al-fresco. The only issue were the mosquitos, so you need to make sure you have lots of repellent on hand. In my opinion, a necessary addition for such a large house is another toilet and shower with more privacy, especially for a bigger group. It’s also worth mentioning, that if you want to enjoy the gorgeous beaches, great restaurants etc, you really do need a car. Because Surano (in terms of amenities) is a dead town. We had an excellent time, the beaches nearby are really spectacular and Matt was a fabulous and very responsive host.

Family with three children. Really nice accommodation, practical to get around with cars in the surrounding areas (Alberobello and Locorotondo the closest), clean, tidy and comfortable environment. Cozy and familiar. Clean and tidy bathroom. Full kitchen with everything you need. Featured and comfortable rooms. Cosimo and Franco are very available, flexible check-in is very convenient. We are extremely satisfied. It's worth a visit in the hot season, to enjoy the promising outdoor space.

We stayed couple of days at Daria's place and it was amazing. Daria is very friendly and helped us multiple times when we had some questions about the local area! I would recommend to stay at this place if you would like a peaceful place in the country side!

We had a great two weeks in Polignano. We were especially attracted by the location with direct sea view. The house, with traditional decor is well organized and Mrs. Renate is attentive to our requests. Not speaking Italian, we enjoyed, in her absence, that she delegates someone who speaks English in order to welcome us. In addition, this is one of the few rentals where we were able to enjoy an introductory notebook with references etc. Caution: cramped stairs and bathrooms require shape. Luckily despite our age (75) we were.

We thank Marco for the great space and the lovely time! We booked with him at very short notice and yet everything was perfect and flexible. The property is very clean and very comfortable! In addition, he was always available and made sure that we were okay. We got great recommendations for restaurants and shops. Highly recommended place to stay! :)

We had a lovely time at Ciro's house. Beautiful garden. Beautiful pool. Cozy house. Ciro was very helpful and responded quickly to questions. Peace and space. Unfortunately the pool was cold and we couldn't swim. Supermarkets are sufficient nearby. We didn't like Grottaglie itself, but drove by car to all the cozy towns.

Fabrizio was an incredible host. Very welcoming and a great communicator. The accommodation was perfect and within walking distance to so many amenities. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in the beautiful town of Monopoli.

Great stay! The apartment is very well located close to the old town, it is easy to park there for free. We were welcomed by Tommaso who speaks English and was very friendly and complete in his explanations. the accommodation is very large, clean, quiet and well equipped, we did not lack anything during the stay. special mention to the magnificent terrace with sea view: the arrival of fishermen in the morning is really nice! thank you 😃

Our stay in Gallipoli was fantastic! Great place, large storage, amazing terrace!! Marta, the property manager was very quick to respond and answer questions. Info package in the apartment was very helpful with recommendations around restaurants, things to do and places to see. Would recommend!!!

Very nice accommodation, good location to visit Lecce on foot. It is charming, clean and well-equipped. It might just be necessary to specify that the shower cubicle is a little narrow and low ceiling, not very convenient when you are tall 😉

This was a great stay in Lecce, especially over Christmas. The bed was comfy and we loved being able to use the fireplace. It did take several days to warm up - the style of the buildings are the reason for this. It was also very loud many nights due to the local bar. This was mentioned in other reviews, but I’m a deep sleeper and didn’t think it would be an issue. Something to consider and be aware of. Overall if you’re looking for a home base in Lecce, it was worth it.

Our family of five had a wonderful week at this beautiful masseria. Peaceful, quiet and stunning surroundings. Close to discover cities in beautiful Puglia. We loved it!

This beautiful villa is located in the historic center of Lecce. An oasis of peace just minutes from shops and restaurants. The villa is very tastefully decorated and has many charming details. The roof terrace is fantastic. A wonderful place for breakfast or an aperitif. The host Danilo is very friendly, responds promptly every time and gives a lot of good advice and tips. Lecce is truly a crown jewel and Danilo's villa is one of its pearls. We highly recommend a stay at this address.

Five Star+ rating for Mariangela's listing. The home and grounds are beautiful, so relaxing, clean and private. Mariangela was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. The location is great, close to a number of other towns in the Puglia region and a grocery store near by. I definitely recommend this listing and look forward to the day we can come back and stay again. Bravo!!

This place is fantastic, house is spotless, quiet location but close to town where you can find several restaurants and shops. The main feature of the house is the private pool where you can refresh during the hot days, you can also relax under the big veranda on the back and cook using the outdoor kitchen, we never used the indoor kitchen, it is so nice to cook and eat outside during the nice summer days. The house is surrounded by a huge garden so you can have complete privacy and there are nice trees around the pool if you prefer the shade. The location is perfect to visit both the east coast beaches (few minutes by car away) but also the west coast only 30 minutes away. Air con is very quiet but the house is so well insulated that really needed only few hours on really hot hot days. Mariella is a fantastic host always available to help in any way, we stayed 9 days but did not want to leave. Will be back soon, thanks Mariella

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. I don’t even know where to begin because everything was fabulous. We had the best time and we already want to come back! The setting is stunning, the house is pristine, and the location is great. You are removed from the towns but it’s well located and you can do a lot of day trips to other towns and beaches. If you are looking for a villa in total tranquility and super close to the sea like we wanted, Villaria is the best solution! The interior is cared in every single detail, the kitchen is complete with every accessory and comfort, there are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, spacious and functional. The outdoor patio is very big and ideal for dining or having an aperitif during the sunset time, so peaceful! 😌 The villa is complete with a big swimming pool, parking slots and charging station for electric cars! The cleanliness of both the interior and exterior is impeccable! There are also both washer and dryer and the AC! Francesco was very kind and helpful Highly recommended!

My family and I loved our stay here. We know Ostuni well, and the local area has so much to offer. Alexis and Steve's place was perfect for our young family, it was a really good sized space. If we weren't out and about, it was great to be able to enjoy the time in and around the big pool in the peace and tranquility of the countryside. Alexis & Steve were great hosts, they are such lovely people, and always made themselves available if required. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Ostuni! 😁
