Beach house holiday rentals in Brigantine

We had a wonderful time at Coastal Soul! Our girls loved going to the beach and our pup enjoyed her stay! Beautiful property! Hosts were wonderful! Highly recommend!

Steve was a wonderful host. The photos listed on the website did not to this place justice! This place was able to accommodate a large group of us who stayed a few nights to watch March Madness. Even with the large number of people, everyone had a place to sit or hang around with the games on the tv. This place was located within minutes of the casinos and had a beautiful view from all levels! The living space was gorgeous and more than enough room for all! This place was everything we could ask for and more. This will most likely become a yearly trip for the guys! Thank you again for accommodating our stay and this house is beautiful from top to bottom!

We celebrated our 40th and could not have found a better beach house to have family celebrate with us. Jenna and Chris are awesome hosts and are very helpful. The location is perfect for beach walking or exploring shops on foot. A+++

i loved it here i can’t wait to come back everything was amazing. the neighborhood was so enjoyable and safe. everything about this place was perfect. the neighbor underneath was extremely friendly and welcoming and very hospitable. i love the beach and this was amazing

The house was the perfect getaway for my family. The kids had a great time in the bunk room and my mother in law truly enjoyed sitting on one of the many decks and enjoying the view. It was so easy to get to and from the beach, and was also walkable to anything else we wanted to do.

Our stay at Lady Luck was perfect for our night out in Atlantic City for my birthday! We had a nice time getting ready and spending time with friends at the house, and it was the perfect location within a few hundred feet to the beautiful bay views, and walking distance to a few nice bars/restaurants. We ate at Kelsey and Kim's and it was phenomenal. Easy location for Uber drivers to find you, and less than 10 min drive to closest casinos/boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again that's for sure!!! More convenient than trying to book a hotel room in the casinos!

This place is one of the best houses I’ve stayed in at the Jersey shore. The location is perfect, corner lot with views of the bay from the family room. The backyard was a getaway in itself, the in-ground pool and hot tube were a pleasure. Literally a five minute drive to the beach. Super cozy and comfortable, just an all around wonderful vacation for our family. Karla was very responsive to my messages, even while out of town on business she made sure to get right back to me when I had a question. My family and I will absolutely be back next summer.

Beautiful home,Better than described, super clean. I highly recommend! We rented the house for week to attend a wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased, from the boat slips/ docks for my jetskis, sea kayaks to the heated pool , all great features! Those were just a few things to mention, the entire home and property are drop dead gorgeous and well kept, every little thing you can think of was provided, these people go above and beyond to ensure you have a great vacation. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family members.

We loved our stay in Brigantine! The house was perfect for our group of 9 adults. The kitchen was well stocked, clean and spacious. The dining table was bigger than we needed. We will have to come back in the warmer months to take advantage of the decks, pool and outdoor spaces! We did enjoy a beautiful walk on the beach, and had a delicious dinner at the Borgata too. Perfect weekend!

Location, view and modern exquisite comfort all in one place! The Mermaid House in Brigantine is exactly as described. Went for a short girls trip. Five women in one place. We each had our own bed with lovely linens, three bathrooms to share and adored the open living space so we could all be together. There were extra linens and stocked kitchen. There was a hiccup with the heating (stayed in the winter) but Krista was immediately responsive and made sure we were okay and had everything we needed. The hospitality and friendliness of our hosts made our stay that much better. I highly recommend for the views, location and super comfortable stay.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Brian's lovely property, and I can honestly say that the pictures don't do it justice! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and charm of the place. Brian was an exceptional host from beginning to end. His communication was prompt and effective, ensuring that all our questions were answered and that we felt welcome. Throughout our stay, he checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly, which added a personal touch that made our experience even better. The convenience of the washer and dryer was a fantastic bonus, making it easy for us to keep our things fresh during our stay. One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach—just 20 steps away! It was so amazing to walk out and immediately have the sand beneath our toes. Plus, the location is perfect; you're close to numerous stores and attractions, yet still enjoy a sense of seclusion. Overall, this was the best experience ever! I highly recommend staying at B

We had a great weekend at this condo! Spacious bedroom, quiet complex, clean throughout, washer/dryer in unit was a huge plus, and great location just a short walk to both the pool and the beach. Nick was very kind and prompt with communication prior to and during our stay. Thank you!

We had a very nice family vacation at Rob’s house. There were ten of us including two young children and the accommodations were just right for a group of that size. It was clean, well decorated and had everything that we needed to make our stay an enjoyable experience. The pool was very clean and the water was comfortably warm. I would recommend this place for others that want an enjoyable stay at the shore.

Erica's place was fantastic. We had a great stay for our short, off season weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. Honestly, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. This location is close to everything and an easy walk to whatever you need. We had unfortunate luck with a telephone pole fire a block over that caused us to lose power for a day. Obviously no fault of the owner, but the reason I mention it is because the amenities in the home made our stay comfortable even without the luxury of electricity. The hot water heater met the task of giving us hot water which was awesome. We would love to stay here again!

Overall a great place. Had everything we needed. Was very peaceful. The only potential issue for some families could be that it is a longer walk through the dunes - so if you're a family dealing with strollers, beach carts, etc., keep that in mind. It is on the part of the island where you can drive on the beach, so if you have a 4x4 that would compensate for it. They were very proactive, and responsive, and easy to deal with.

Christine’s place was perfect for our family of 8 (adults and a 2 year old). Location was great, a short walk to the beautiful beach. The place was very clean and had everything we needed (including a garage to keep our bikes and beach things in). We especially enjoyed the front porch rockers surrounded by beautiful flowers and landscaping, and the outdoor shower. Christine was great and responded quickly! We had a wonderful vacation in her beautiful beach home! 🐚

The house was clean and spotless. John the host is also super responsive when and provides clear instructions on how to check in and makes it super simple. It doesn't have that big of a backyard, but its good for what it is and the house isn't in a bad spot. I would recommend staying here just because it was clean, super easy check-in and check-out and not too far from the Ocean resort and casino. (15 minute walk)

I wish I could give our host (Steve) a 10 star review and rating. Excellent communication and the property along with amenities, location and overall cleanliness far exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend this host and property. I look forward to returning soon.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ted prior to arrival. You can tell he genuinely cares about his property. His place is extremely clean, stocked with everything you need. Ted’s house has become our summer home away, from home!

This is a beautiful house, sitting just one block from the back door to the boards. A quick walk to the beach and only a 15-ish minute walk down to the shops, arcade, etc. We stayed off-season over Christmas, so many things about our stay may not pertain to summer rentals. We had no issues with parking and arrival. Steve and team are great with communication and checked in throughout the trip. They were very responsive to questions and provided prompt service. The bathrooms were clean and a nice size. Having linens provided was a nice touch. The bedrooms were a decent size and had the basics. The master was large and spacious. The kitchen is very large and very spacious which was nice for our family since we ate most meals at home. The kitchen had the basics that made prepping meals easy. The kitchen drawers were a little disorganized which made finding things a little difficult, but that ultimately was not an issue. This is a fantastic rental property!
