Had a fantastic stay at this place, the unit is incredibly clean, very comfortable felt like home. Location is very convenient with many restaurants and shops, there is a train station around 10mins walk away, highly recommend and will definitely stay here again when I visit Sunway

Gorgeous condo in the heart of the city! The apartment is beautiful and the condo has great amenities, especially the infinity pool with a spectacular view!

The host is friendly and provided us with very clear check-in instruction, including video for us to understand better. the house is very clean and comfortable. everything is in very good condition. they even provided us some free biscuits for snacking, appreciate this a lot. the only downside is the noise from CSR factory opposite, hence. we have to close window all the time. overall, I am very satisfied and open to return to this home again.

Nothing to say, everything was perfect ! I really liked the view especially at sunset, and the accommodation was really clean. I would recommend and I’ll come again !

The place is as advertised. While the building itself old, the apartment itself is regularly maintain and very clean. It has everything you want to a long term stay. The amanities list is complete for daily living. One of the best experience staying in airbnb.

Very friendly host and nice

We very much enjoyed our 45-day stay at Ming's awesome condo that we HIGHLY recommend. Great communication and when minor issues arose, they were taken care of immediately. When we first arrived we noticed the pots and pans were in bad shape and the water filter which make cold and very hot water was not working properly. Ming immediately got us new pots and pans and even a new water filter! Beautiful view of KL and a short walk to the Metro (easy 15 min to central KL). Very close grocery stores and excellent local restaurants. Great knives; Filtered Hot/Cold Water System plus washer AND dryer! Very clean with excellent vacuum! Extra Towels/bedding Work space with new adjustable desk chair! Very Clean and with great views of KL! Outstanding security, pool and gym facilities. Thank you Ming for a great stay!

Had a comfortable stay here. There’s a convenience shop at the ground level and level 8 of the building so you can get bottled water. But it would even better if the place had a water filter.

For muslim, suitable to stay near with mosque. Have a visitor parking, Easy to Find. This house near galaxy mall, and near restaurant. House clean, toilet clean. The security guard also helpful ! 👍👍👍

Unit is above KL East Mall which is a decent mall. it has supermarket, decathlon, eateries, cinema but for long term stay you will get bored since the limited variety. But you can always go across the highway by using the connected overhead bridge for more eateries options. in fact there are many eateries within 3/4 km radius. The unit is as what shown in the pictures. Need some maintenance to bring it back to original condition but nothing of non living condition or bad state at this time. i will visit again.

I booked this place last minute and Wong replied me within less than 5 minutes. I’m very thankful for that. This place is located less than 5 minutes walking distance from a LRT station, making it easy to go everywhere even without a car. The building is right next to a mall too. Easy check in and the guard was very helpful since he showed me the way to the check in area. The room was clean and matched all the photos provided. No weird smell and a good stay for 2-4 people. I also love that the owner provided the Netflix channel too. Highly recommended!

The unit is on the same level as the swimming pool, which was super convenient, especially for keeping an eye on our kids while they swam. The house itself was cozy, clean, and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Not the forget, the builded playground, my kids really happy to have that in this Airbnb 🎡 Another big plus is the convenient location—there’s Bila Bila Mart, 7-Eleven, a mamak restaurant, and Mee Tarik just nearby, so finding food was never a problem. Overall, a fantastic stay! Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wy’s apartment is clean, comfortable, and in great location. Easy to access to almost everywhere in the city area. Very close to Lalaport and Berjaya Times Square. Wy and his team also very fast in responding to our questions, highly appreciated. Recommend to everyone to stay here.
