Beachfront holiday rental in Brickell Key

This stay was a fantastic. We booked it for a last minute weekend trip and it was perfect. It’s definitely a no-frills place, but it was exactly what we needed and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach. The beds were also extremely comfortable. Absolutely would recommend to anyone who wants a centrally located place in Miami Beach.

Laguna's place was tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. It was unusually cool while we were there, but the heat was efficient, so we were very comfortable inside. The street it is on could be busy at times, but the main bedroom was toward the back, so street noise was not a problem. I don't know if it would have been more of an issue in the front bedroom. Communication was prompt and helpful.

We had a great time during our week-long stay at Suzi’s place. The location was peaceful and friendly—just across the walk/bike path to the beach and within a 15 minute walk to multiple restaurants, bars, and places to shop. Suzi gave us great recommendations and made her beach chair pass available which saves the $35/day cost to rent them yourself. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed. Suzi was very responsive throughout the trip and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. Will definitely stay at Suzi’s place next time we are back!

This is a well equipped little condo in an awesome South Beach location on a quiet side street. The gated front entry covered with bougainvillea is simply charming! Walkable to the beach, walking, biking trails and restaurants. Great stay in a perfect South Beach location on.

Everything was excellent, highly recommended

Geeta was incredibly responsive and helpful from before our trip through the entire duration. The property was comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. A couple took the master bedroom upstairs with their two kids in the room next door. Two single adults slept downstairs bedroom and living room. Geeta provided an extra mattress that we set up in the living room. It's a good space for cooking and eating in, but it's also close to lots of restaurant options from fancy date night to family friendly and low key. The pool water was warm and clean, and the beach was not too crowded. We all agreed we'd love to come back!

This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Hollywood Beach. It's about a ten minute walk from all the action, which means the location itself is quiet and has a more relaxed beach area. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance and the Broadwalk is just a block from the property. The property had everything we needed to have a great trip!

Wonderful apartment and great value, exactly as advertised. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and well-stocked, and the unit had a couple of beach chairs that were available for our group’s use. Devin was proactive, helpful, and responsive and answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. The location is perfect for a Miami Beach/South Beach stay.

Second time staying at Olga's 3 bedroom unit. It's in a great location with a view of the ocean from the balcony and only steps from the boardwalk and beach. The 3 bedrooms were perfect for us; three unrelated adults who were there to attend the races at Gulfstream Park. The unit is very clean, reasonably priced and Olga provides very clear instructions on accessing the unit. Highly recommend!
