Perfect for the beach vacation The house is located directly behind the dunes and is close to the town center, where you can buy everything. You don't need a car to get maximum relaxation. We'll be more than happy to return next time!

We had a great two weeks of vacation. The accommodation is designed for the comfort of its hosts, nothing is missing and checks all our boxes. The accommodation is very clean, it is a challenge to return it in the state. Thank you to Brice and Mathieu for their kindness ( and the delicious brioche). Les Sables d 'Olonne are really very accessible ( but we are in March)and have been the subject of many of our walks , between the corniche , the port , the Remblai. There is something to take care of and / or stroll , sip , eat, it even lives out of season .., as for the accommodation, it was an eagerness to relax there after our daily strolls. To be redone

We had a great time. Cozy spacious house with a large bathroom and spacious garden with convenient garden furniture. Close to large supermarket and close to Sauveterre beach with guarded area. By car or bicycle, you can be in the center from where you can walk to the boulevard or go shopping.

we were very well received in this pretty typical blackmoutier house, well equipped, very clean and quietly located... our dog loved the enclosed garden. these 4 nights, we'll spend too fast, we'll be back

We really enjoyed this family home which allowed us to spend Christmas as a family. It's a paradise for the little ones who found something to do. The garden must be very nice in warmer weather. The neighborhood is very quiet and the amenities are very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting us.

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

2nd stay with Mr and Mrs. Chauveau. Always as pleasant. Pool as well as jacousi worthy of the description. I would highly recommend it for a relaxing weekend

Weeklong stay, matches photos and description and is even better than pictured. Quiet place, owner available but not intrusive. We fell in love with the Vendee and these stone houses. Clean pool, chlorine-friendly pool. We'll be happy to come back, we haven't finished discovering the area. It has everything you need to live. The place is clean. I highly recommend Chantal and Serge's accommodation. it is new, well appointed and in a good location! Close to bike paths, which is very convenient for getting to the. The rental is clean and fully equipped, perfect for family vacations! In addition, our hosts were very accommodating, available and very kind. We had a great time at marie-christine's place. Very welcoming host, superb accommodation, quiet relaxing and small attentions that are just adorable. Everything was perfect. We'll be back without hesitating.

We, two adults, two children and a dog had a great holiday at Sylvie's cottage. We were very nicely received by a neighbor and we were shown everything exactly. The offer to rent bicycles is also great. For dog owners just great as the garden is large and entirely fenced-in. On the terrace, you have long sun in the evening and can barbecue after a long day at the beach, as there is also a barbecue. A few small things could be improved, such as a new patio table, new pillows and duvets, as these are simply no longer nice over time. But all in all, a place that is highly recommended. Practically furnished. You can hear the music from the campsite in the evening. However, it didn't bother us. You are quickly on the beach and quickly in the city and still have your peace and quiet. We love La Tranche anyway and this neighborhood and vacation home were also worth a vacation.
