Quirky little house with garden in unique setting

With its true holiday feel, you'll feel right at home in my little house. It has a covered patio for sunny brunches, a little gardening space with aromatic herbs and even a bit of a sea view. Thanks to the private entrance into the impasse, you won't be disturbed by anyone but the curious birds passing by.

Stunning sea view in the heart of the city

My apartment is perched on the 7th and top floor ( with elevator elevator!). It is bathed in sun or beaten by the winds but always warm! 80 m2 fully at your disposal in comfortable mode. Right in the center of Brest! Everything can be done on foot, the train station is less than 5 minutes away, the tram is 7 minutes away, a large supermarket is 10 minutes away, the theater, cinemas are 10 minutes away... If you have a car, parking is paid in front of my house, so we park quite easily!
