Beachfront holiday rental in Brennecke's Beach

Greg and Lexie were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They were very helpful in ensuring a pleasant stay. The condo was as described. The views were incredible, better than the photo! We highly recommend this place.

This is a beautiful condo located within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen and bathroom are gorgeous and super clean. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the snorkel gear, lounge chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, washer and dryer. We would love to stay here again and again and again!

We loved our stay at Cash’s condo. The view alone was worth what we paid and the condo had plenty of amenities. The king size bed was very comfortable and we woke up and went to sleep to the sound of the surf. We spent lots of time in the outdoor patio with a full ocean view. It is a peaceful area, yet close to stores, restaurants, and beautiful surroundings to go for walks. Cash made a few local recommendations for beaches and places to hike that were amazing. We would stay again if we come back to the area.

Evans' place is beautiful and calm. He is a welcoming host and very helpful with ideas and even lent us his walking poles to use on hikes. Evans is also a talented artist so make sure you check out his sculptures and live botanical installations.

The pictures are exactly what it looks like. Awesome views. Lots of amenities. Loved the unit!! Response time of questions were hit and miss. One never answered and info to get into unit wasn't given until day before we were to arrive. Which made me a little nervous but when I called I then got a code a few hours later. We would definitely book it again.

A dream! Our family had a marvelous time here. You cannot beat the location and view. Easy to get down to the beach and enjoy snorkeling, swimming, or just relaxing as it’s never very busy in the bay. We spent a ton of time just sitting out in the gazebo looking over the bay. The beach gear provided also came in extremely handy. Kauai in general is just a beautiful island that we immensely enjoyed. We loved being out of the main towns just enough to feel privacy but close enough to get there in no time. Thank you so much!

The location is serene and magical. Listening to the waves crash and waking up to the sight of large palm trees surrounding the property was truly peaceful. My family and I had an unforgettable time—the drive to and from the house was idyllic and priceless.

Beautiful condo and awesome location! We had everything we needed. Very organized and clean. Highly recommended! Short walk away to some great restaurants at 1 hotel and Hanalei Bay Area is unforgettable. Would be be happy to return next year

We were a group of friends exploring Kauai for the first time. The host reached out a few days in advance with all check in instructions. The check in was smooth and everything was present as mentioned. The views from the condo were fabulous and the photos don’t do justice. The kitchen was missing a few things but all necessities were there. We ended up breaking the wooden chopping board during our stay and they did not charge us for it. Thank you! It’s convenient to get to the beach and the condo had all beach necessities including mineral sunscreen. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for a convenient place to stay in the south.

Wonderful stay at the Hawaiian style home. Fabulous short walk down to the coast. Enjoyed the pool. Convenient location.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much at this Airbnb. We loved the layout of the space and luxurious accommodations and decor. We especially loved the view from the lanai, the pool, and the hot tub. Everyone we interacted with at the resort was extremely friendly - including the local animals! The beds were really comfortable and we appreciated the toiletries on site. This last comment is not within the control of the owners, but two things to be aware of are that the walls are a little bit thin - we could hear our upstairs neighbors moving luggage, furniture, and more at 12:30 am. And, the majority of doors have translucent glass, which means if someone gets up early and turns on the light in the living room, that living room light reflects into every bedroom.

Tina’s Place was a fantastic place to spend a week in beautiful Kauai! We found ourselves in a bind when our hotel accommodations fell through just days before we were to arrive. Thanks to Tina’s Place we received an immediate response to our request to stay at her place along with some of best customer service we could ever ask for. They were professional, polite, kind, delightful and extremely helpful. When we arrived at the unit it was just as described and very comfortable. The amenities were great. The pool water was a little cool, but not unbearable. The lazy river was extremely lazy (lol) and it really wouldn’t move us, but it was still nice. The slides were great fun even for us 50+ year olds. But what we absolutely loved was the sand that was at the bottom of the hot tub and the hot water temperature. The sand entering the pool was also a really neat idea that others should incorporate.The beach is wonderful and was definitely swimmable while we were there. Outstanding stay!

Perfect for a small family traveling

This place was unreal. Probably my favorite porch in the world. I could watch the sea from this balcony all day. From dawn to dusk, at all hours, vibrant with life. Turtles, Dolphins, even Whales. An easy walk to Poipu as well. Idyllic. Would definitely stay again.

Roz was one the most responsive host I’ve ever had in a short term state rental. She went above and beyond to try to meet my needs, and I knew she had my back. Nothing went wrong with the unit, but had it, I knew that she would have taken care of it immediately. Thank you for an excellent day at a beautiful location!

Michelle's place is in a perfect location near the airport and in between Hanalei to the North and Waimea to the Southwest. Walkable to the local Safeway and several restaurants and food trucks. We especially loved hearing the ocean waves 24/7 and watching the sunrise from the balcony every morning. The amenities, including the Washer/Dryer, are topnotch so don't be afraid to pack light. Michelle was easy to contact and very friendly. Would absolutely book again.

My husband and I recently stayed at this beautiful cottage. This place exceeded our expectations as the property is located footsteps with plenty of privacy. The location is minutes away from the local shops and a national state park. The amenities are top notch. The views from the windows are spectacular. This rating deserves a 10 plus rating…we will be back! Thank you Kristina and Steven for being wonderful hosts!

We had the most wonderful time staying in Joyce's home. This stay was exactly what we were looking for but didn't know existed: the ease and accommodating nature of a resort, and the privacy and cozy atmosphere of a home. Both the condo and the ocean view from the patio are even more spectacular in person. The photos do not do this place justice. Every room was exceptionally clean and decorated so thoughtfully. The AC was excellent, and we appreciated the in-unit laundry machines. The resort where the condo is located is gorgeous and secure, and Joyce's unit is in a beautiful, quiet corner of the property. The pools and restaurants on-site are fantastic, and the beach is a quick walk down the hill (which is rare for this side of the island). The resort provides complimentary golf cart services, which was especially convenient for the trip home from the beach. We plan on returning to Kauai in the future, and we cannot imagine staying anywhere but here. Thank you, Joyce!

It’s a clean and spacious for 4 adults, and a nice location- walking distance to the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances for what we need. Also plenty of beach towels and beach chairs, inflatable tubes. My daughter loved sleeping with the sound of beach waves. Susanne responded to my questions quickly and kindly.

Mahalo nui David for allowing our Ohana to stay in this space. Located right on the beach and accessible to places to eat and shop, Great location. Very clean and lots of space, we enjoyed the Lanai area as well and the easy access to the beach.

The location is great. The sand is right INFRONT but you have to walk way around to get there (due to a fence) An odd thing happened where in front of our unit. As early as 6am people come out and set chairs in front of OUR home in sand. (it is a great spot with a nook) The next day we set ours at 6 am and they just camped out right in front of our beach chairs (odd and rude). The next day there was another beach chair set up with an umbrella BEFORE sunrise. Then later we saw some guy come and throw the chairs and umbrella over to the bushes and camp out RIGHT INFRONT of our balcony (in the sand). We think they looked like locals (one lady with grey hair and one old man with a very dark tan). It didn't bother us since we just stayed in the grass lawn but it would have been nice if we could have used the sandy part in front. Saw Turtles and Seals near our beach and humpback whales jumping from our living room. Thanks for the nice amenities too!

Island coffee and fresh pineapple for breakfast, sunrise in the cabana and a run aling the bike path on the first morning and it only got better from there. Thanks Ellen!

We had a very enjoyable stay and loved staying at Taejo's place. And appreciate host/owner's response to updating photos for the view and living room.

We had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place for 4 nights. The view was incredible. Condo was just want we needed traveling with an infant. Had everything we could need to cook at home or bring take out in, relax, and take in the incredible view. Right next to beach house restaurant to get drinks at sunset! WiFi worked great for 2 days I had to get work done. The bed was so comfy! Can’t wait to come back and stay again!
