Der 1937 erstmals erwähnte und später erbaute Hof von Donnerschwee liegt im Nordosten der Stadt Oldenburg und war das erste Siedlungshaus am Platz. Der Stadtteil Donnerschwee ist aus einem alten Bauerndorf hervorgegangen, das vermutlich seit dem 9. Jahrhundert bestand. Die Umgebung besticht durch seine Nähe zu den Donnerschweer Wiesen und seinen wunderschönen Rad- und Spazierwegen. The view from the balcony captures berry fields, rhododendron hedges and the village atmosphere in the Aller-Leine Valley. The apartment offers a lot of comfort, especially spacious are bathroom and living area. Ancient truss has been partially preserved and combined with modern elements.
