Beautiful 80m2 duplex apartment located on the 2nd floor in the attic of an 18th century Alsatian house. This small cocoon is located in the city center 5 minutes' walk to the Little Venice, at the beginning of the commercial street, Rue des Clés leading to the Unterlinden Museum. For the winter season, it is ideally located facing a Christmas Market. Attention: As this apartment is in the attic of a house, the staircase to access it is a little steep.

You will appreciate being able to visit the whole city on foot: museums, cathedral, Little Venice.... Close to all amenities (covered market right next door, restaurants, small shops). Private parking at the foot of the apartment (2 spaces possible), entrance to Rue St Josse.
