Beachfront holiday rental in Breerivier

We had a wonderful stay at Akwa house. There are plenty of spaces for the kids to relax and have fun while the adults could sit in the lounge overlooking the beautiful views. We loved the quiet location and family-friendly feel of the street. The kitchen was well stocked and we slept very comfortably in all the rooms. I would definitely recommend Akwa house to anyone looking for a great home right close to the beach.

this was our second stay at Ethan's. the house is comfortable for 2 families and has everything you need. Ethan's communication is great. we loved our stay here.

It's our third stay at this villa at Kennedys and it remains a spectacularly beautiful and different destination. The villa is eclectic with interesting furnishings reflecting the world travels of the owners. There are different place to site inside and outside and the location of the kolkol hot tub is truly spectacular with views across the lagoon and onto Onrus beach. The magical milkwood trees set the tone for a magical stay. The villa has all the amenities you could want, James the butler is always in attendance when you need him and the privacy is great. Its easy walking distance to Milk Restaurant and there are great coastal walks from the villa if you feel the need to leave your luxurious apartment. The fact that we have been there three times already speaks volumes about just how much we like it there and we will be back for a fourth time.

We had a wonderful stay at Leatitia’s place. Leatitia welcomed us warmly and we felt extremely relaxed and comfortable during our stay. The location is top class…walking distance to all the beaches within the Voelklip area. Long lazy afternoons enjoying the garden and Braai area. The snooker table was a wonderful fun addition. Great host, very welcoming, accommodating and a wonderful pet friendly cottage

Lovely beach house in a superb location, only a very short walk to the beach. Well suited for 2 larger families or 3 smaller families traveling together. All amenities were fully stocked. What was particularly nice is that most of the bedrooms had en suite bathrooms which is helpful for those with teenagers or slightly older children.

A great place to stay and a great location. Lovely walks along the cliff top, accessible to restaurants and town. The accommodation was spotless and had all we needed for our two night stay. We hope to return!

The cottage was private and plenty of outside space for our beach toys and dogs.

Our family of 5 spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house over new years. The house is in a great position in Voelklip - it is very secure and well kitted out. Lovely to sit outside in the shaded garden in the evenings and kids loved the pool. Great hosts and easy check-in and check-out. We will be back!

Chane and Chris who manage the complex were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The views from the apartment are fantastic. Saw dolphins and whales regularly. Need a car to access the amenities in Hermanus. Would be helpful to have recommendations in the apartment about supermarkets, restaurants, taxi’s and local tourist attractions. Whale Rock is like an oasis.

Madeleine's place was amazing! Great views and scenery, Hermanus is a lovely town and there is so much to do.

Di's place was ideal for a family get-together. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the town, with spectacular cliff walks in either direction. The house is well kitted out with everything you could need, and is in easy walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, galleries etc. We had a wonderful few days in Hermanus. Thanks very much.

The house has a perfect concept, is fully equipped and is beautifully located just in front of the open sea. The information before arriving is very complete and the response to questions immediate. Would love to come back for longer and can definitely recommend it! Frederic

We had a great stay at this lovely 4 bedroom home, which is situated just a few minutes walk from the best beaches in Hermanus, the stunningly scenic cliff path as well as a number of good restaurants. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped, including DSTV, wi-fi, all sorts of kitchen appliances, indoor and outdoor braais. The outdoor pool is also very nice and typically a good few degrees warmer than the ocean temperature. Janet was also a great host. She is very responsive and accommodating. We hope to return again soon!

Beautiful accommodation. Looked exactly like it did in the pictures. Beautiful view of the ocean on the balcony. Made good use of the electrical braai, was lovely to use and found it spotless. Entire Airbnb was very clean and neatly organised. Chane was very friendly and helpful. Made sure we were comfortable and well settled in. The pool was also really great to swim in! Would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful interior and peaceful pool area. Willard was there to welcome us and give us a tour and was very responsive to any questions we had. It’s just a 5 min drive into Hermanus but also walkable if wanted to, close to the beach walk.

Amazing location, my brother caught his PB Cob while we were in Witsand which made the trip even more special. The kids loved it. Recommended for anyone who wants to experience unspoiled nature. Cannot wait to go again.

It is a pity that it is not a good season for whale watching when we stay, otherwise you can see the whales directly through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the house, it is surely a very spectacular scene! Communication was great, there was a PDF for us to refer to when we checked in.Although it was said that the host said in the pdf that the work time was after 9pm, it was already around 10pm when we arrived and the host assisted us to check in smoothly. Cons: The bed is relatively small, and if it's a tall person, your feet may be exposed.

Ghoeps is an ideal location, right on the sea with views to loose yourself in. The house is perfect for a family with a large communal space and private areas for adults and a great garden for active adults and children. We had an amazing holiday.

The location is unbeatable, offering unobstructed views of the cliff path and the sea. It's just a short walk to both Voelklip and Grotto beaches, with immediate and direct access to Lovers Cove. The outside stoep area is perfect for entertaining and enjoying sundowners while gazing out over the sea. It's also great for braai-ing. The house is well-equipped with spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Even with a large family, there's plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable and not in each other's space. Katy, the host, was great and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were very easy. Overall, it was a superb home, and I would highly recommend it!

Lovely house in an ideal location for enjoying the beach, Hermanus town, vineyards in the Hemel en Aarde valley and the penguin coastline. Everything from check in to check out worked perfectly. Would recommend.

Really loved our stay at Seehuis. Karin and Theresa were lovely hosts. The house is in a fantastic position right on the beach, and you can fall asleep listening to the waves crashing. The house is very comfortable, lots of accommodation and very well laid out. Its a practical beach holiday house. There is a little shop in town that has many supplies. We had a fantastic week. Gorgeous spot and lovely family house with loads of family history clearly display. Can't ask for a better morning coffee spot with that view. Not too mention evening "braai" with that stunning surroundings. Love it hope to return Feb 25❤️🤙🤙

Fantasea is a beautiful home with the most breathtaking view. The home was absolutely spotless and the beds were so comfortable with great linen provided. The home was equipped with mostly everything you would need. We were slightly sad that the stacker glass doors did not open / nailed shut and our only access to the balcony was a small slider but understand that this might be due to the extreme wind that Witsands experiences. All in all, a great location and stay for the Easter break!
