My family and I had a wonderful time in Austin and most of that credit I have to give to Adrianne! This house felt like we were right at home and she was so quick to answer every question we had! There is the cutest and most peaceful back porch here and the kitchen was LOADED with every cooking supply and spice we possibly needed. The neighborhood was cute and nice to walk around in, and the park nearby is a great easy walk too. The house was so clean and adorable and there was a nice little book of local recommendations. You can walk to breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bars from this house!! So cool. My family of 7 stayed here and we were a perfect fit, I can't imagine having stayed anywhere else. There was also the cutest Barton springs 'kit' of towels and coolers that just spoke to the wonderful thoughtfulness of this place. I'd give this house a hundred stars if I could! We really enjoyed our stay here when visiting Austin. The neighborhood is great - quiet enough, while still walkable to shops/bars/restaurants and an 10 minute drive downtown. The decor and atmosphere were fun, and the place was quite clean. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The AirBnB worked out great for our family of five adults celebrating Thanksgiving week together. Kitchen and dining room worked well. The Pearl was a nice walkable option most every day. And, the drive to the downtown riverwalk area was simple and quick.

We loved our stay here! Great for groups as there’s plenty of beds- we had nine people and were able to comfortably fit everyone. The listing is accurate - it’s a quick drive to Baylor and downtown Waco, but feels very private as it’s gated on a large plot of land. Kristi and team were very responsive. We loved the outdoor spaces- well equipped with lots of seating option. Def in the country with the occasional bug, but the home felt very clean. Would stay here again.

We loved Cathy's home. Check in was easy & the house was just as described on the listing. The beds were comfy, & our family had plenty of space . The community pool was a plus & the kids loved it. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Cathy was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this listing to family & friends and we would stay here again on any future trips here.

We are repeat guests at this beautiful property. It is comfortably furnished, with flexible sleeping arrangements and a bright and cheerful decor. There are sound machines in each bedroom which help with typical city noises (train, sirens, etc). If you have small children they have high chair, stroller, etc to make the stay easier. Hosts are responsive but I’ve only needed to contact them once for a small thing during our stay. Best thing about our last stay was the neighborhood cat who befriended us during our stay. This is a historic neighborhood and there are some houses in the area not revitalized. However we have never had an issue or felt uncomfortable. We will be back!

This unit was very nice, clean, quiet and safe. Lilly is quick to respond and very accommodating. Both my wife and I appreciate her very much. We would definitely stay here again.

I booked Lilly's home for my husband and mother-in-law while she received care at MD Anderson. Lilly was beyond helpful and clear in her instructions. The home was peaceful, comfortable, had everything they needed. Most importantly, Lilly was flexible around check-in and check-out which made things much easier for my mother-in-law. If they return, they will definitely stay here again!

I had a last minute cancelation for the place I booked months ago for my daughters Gymnastics competition this last weekend and Nilufer (Lilly)'s was the P.E.R.F.E.C.T. spot. she responded to me immidatly. the instructions were clear, detailed, and very organized. when I asked about the weather and grocery store recommendations she was super nice and googled things for me right away! The place is much bigger than the pictures show and it was the perfect size. its literally 10 minutes from downtown (15-20 during traffic) so getting her to and from competitions was very easy. there was soooooo much for her and I to do while there too. it's minutes away from the hospital, houston zoo, museum of natural history, and the childerens museum! deffinatly going back here if we have competition in houston again next year!

Lilly’s apartment is a nice place close to the MD Anderson Medical Center. The bedrooms are located on either side of the living room/kitchen area providing privacy. There is also a security gate to get into the apartment complex which I appreciated. Lilly was very flexible when there was a once in a lifetime snow storm while we were there. She was open to letting us stay an extra day if needed. My family played poker with the poker game set that was there and we made good memories. I would stay again.

I stayed for a weekend getaway and the entire experience with the Airbnb was great. The instructions were clear to enter the home, the host did an excellent job in responding to messages for any questions that I had and the home looked exactly how it looked in the pictures. No complaints, 10/10 I’d definitely book with them again.

Mark and Sofia have a lovely spot beneath their house and it was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was spacious, comfortable, clean, and most of all, very peaceful. We were just a short ride from anything we wanted to do and were always able to return to our peaceful home base without any issuess. The value for this place was just great. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and tidy home to stay in.
