Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Brazos County

Very new and clean home. Perfect layout for 6 people, 3 couples. Everyone had privacy, their own bath and bedroom and great open kitchen and living area. It’s a new neighborhood with perfectly manicured lawns and location was ideal. Quiet and a quick drive to College Station. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice spot close to tons of food choices and grocery stores. Also not far from Texas A/M campus. In town for volleyball in Bryan and the condo was less than 15 quick drive. Will be looking for his spot again in the future. Very considerate with shower supplies, coffee maker-Keurig, and laundry supplies. Very easily felt at home. Kitchen with all the supplies needed. ZERO complaints!

Sonia's house was exactly what we needed for a quick stay on the area! Everything was clean and neat. There were plenty of beds and a well stocked kitchen. We would stay again!

Great location in College Station. Close to Walmart so you can grab what you need. The kitchen has pots, pans, basic kitchen essentials. There are 4 plates and bowls only, in case you book with 5 people. It is part of a duplex, but there was not any issue with noise from the neighbors. There are not any extra blankets on the beds so if you like to get cozy at night, I recommend bringing one. Jaclyn is a great host and wants your stay to be enjoyable!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and comfortable. It was near a small park where we could walk our dog. It was also an easy 10 minute drive to campus. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Loved the place, peaceful. Amazing host, very responsive. Cute dogs… my wife is scared of dogs and they made sure that dogs were kept inside when we were out. Near to all our soccer fields for the tournament.

Apartment is located in a very quiet area, with quick, easy access to A&M, local restaurants and activities.

We had a great stay! This Airbnb was the best stocked one I have probably ever been to, they thought of so many things I usually wish we had...hooks for towels, enough dishes, coffee, hangers, mirrors, (even a small travel mirror which I immediately ordered one like it)...so many other little things, even a sound machine! Super clean and comfortable, we would definitely stay again and highly suggest it. The neighbors were a little loud but that can happen anywhere, after 10:00 though, didn't hear anything.

Check in was easy and it was a perfect location for us. All questions were answered within minutes. Will definitely stay here again

Pegan and Will were great hosts! I stayed for a month while waiting for my apartment lease to begin, and had everything I needed during my stay. I would highly recommended staying here if you need a private space with a kitchen, laundry machines, and quick access to College Station and Texas A&M’s campus.

We had the most amazing time! Myke was a wonderful host. She gave us a personal tour of the property and amenities. Everything we needed was provided from smores ingredients to seasonings to laundry soup. Literally anything we needed was there. Myke left us farm fresh eggs from her hen house. The hot tub was the highlight of our stay and we enjoyed both days and nights in the quiet setting surrounded by nature. Pepper the dog was also a highlight and we appreciated Myke sharing her with us. The Pickle bar court, basketball court, boats, and fishing kept us busy and there was no need to even leave for entertainment. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Sonia was very professional and friendly. Check in was simple. The duplex was very clean, well-organized and the location was excellent. I would recommend staying at Sonia's duplex.

A very clean and comfortable house. Beautifully decorated. The hosts had thought about every possible need, and provided all sorts of snacks, drinks, bathroom necessities, etc.
