Incredible views right on the river with lots of wildlife to see. Very convenient to get to the local beaches. The inside space was just right for the two of us.

great stocked kitchen. thanks for the extra garbage bags and plenty of paper towel and dish detergent. didn't end up using the dishwasher. beautiful view of the water with the side window and front window. saw dolphins several times and saw about 10 green parakeets flying over. difficult for seniors. no table to eat on or play cards. king bed a bit high. twin beds a bit too soft. nice being next to Publix. thanks. we had a beautiful stay.

We had a wonderful stay. There were six of us and had plenty of space. The view of the harbor was nice and beach was in walking distance. Caroline had plenty of items for the beach, umbrellas, beach chairs, cooler, etc... There were restaurants in walking distance. The unit was spacious and clean and had all the things one would need. Overall it was a great location and we would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great stay! The Airbnb is in a perfect location; we could see the beach from the apartment and walked to the beach and dinner and ice cream. Kristin was easy to communicate with, organized and the directions were easy to follow. We will definitely be back and recommend staying here!

I am so picky with cleanliness and this place was incredibly clean. We felt right at home. Once you step in the front gate/door you are in your own little world. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Carlos’ place! 1. Communication with Carlos was very smooth, which helped to ensure that we had a great time. 2. The location is super for us (17 min walk to the beach, 3 min walk to pickle ball courts, short drive to shopping area and Publix) 3. The unit is very serene, with the kitchen, living room, and screened balcony overlooking the water. 4. There are many amenities, such as the private washing machine and dryer downstairs, beach chairs and towels, bikes, and a fully equipped kitchen. Although there was a small hiccup the first night (due to the remodeling/construction that was going on downstairs), Carlos was really friendly and quick in dealing with the situation. Overall, our 17-day stay was great, and next time when we go to Treasure Island, we will definitely stay at Carlos’s place!

This was a great place to stay. Communication from the host was great. Instructions for check in and out were clear and detailed. I would stay here again.

Michael's home amazing from the moment we walked into the beautiful foyer! The home was spotless, had abundant natural lighting, all modern appliances and electronics, gorgeous décor, but still had a cozy at-home vibe. The pool and game room were just the icing on the cake! The beds were very comfortable, which is something I'm very particular about. We would definitely return to this air bnb! Michael was a wonderful, personable, and responsive Host, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had about the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool was actually cleaned twice during our 9-day stay. My husband appreciated the workout area, and I enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable patio furniture. Definitely 10/10.

We loved staying here! Heather's home was spacious so we all can be comfortable while having great spots for us to spend time together. Being on the water was such a plus and the grill was nice to have!

It is a beautiful house with a beautiful lake. Perfect for family and couples.

We had a great stay! Place was bigger than the pictures. It was clean and centrally located for us. A few things could’ve been better, the coffee machine had issues making single cups, some bedroom door handles were loose and door hinges were loose and stripped out so I was unable to tighten. Overall it was a great stay and would def. stay there again!

This was extremely convenient for our family coming down for a business trip. This was right in the area that we needed. There was some things in the basement that seemed to be updated a little poorly, but altogether this was a nice place to stay. Our host was very nice and gave us a lot of instructions and made it very easy to locate and get into. We joked about forgetting to bring some fishing poles, but saw that the host did have one there which was kind of nice! We did not use the outdoor area but it was pretty cute.

We loved our time at the Lay Low and in Apollo Beach. The house is in a convenient location and pretty quiet in early January. The game room was great & we enjoyed fishing from the dock & kayaking as well.

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

Urszula’s condo was beautiful with a beach theme. The water view was beautiful. Anything you needed from dishware, towels, linens and even items for the pool and cozy blankets were supplied. I would highly recommend.

A wonderful little place, in a great community on a beautiful island. A very special location for sure. Private, but close to all kinds of fun in the St Pete/Clearwater area. Lots to do in the community and lots of great restaurants.

BEAUTIFUL condo! Extremely impressed with how clean and well designed the condo was. We loved the stunning sunset views from the relaxing balcony over looking the water/bay. The furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a homey Christmas dinner! Thank you Joy and Sol, we look forward to booking again! Alison's condo was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures! good view from balcony and everything you need is aleady there! Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area!

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

when we were impacted from Hurricane Helene we needed a place to stay since our home was not accessible. Valarie and her husband Stu went over and above to accommodate us. I can't say enough about them and their hospitality, compassion, and amazing support. There are good people out there and we had the pleasure at such a difficult time meeting them. We would highly recommend their beautiful waterfront condo.
