Located in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg - one of the most popular districts in Berlin - we offer urban comfort in modern but cosy spaces with a dream like atmosphere. Through choice of organic materials, colors and themes we integrate nature and landscapes into our contemporary spaces which accommodate 2-4 travelers each in two separate double bed rooms. The main focus here lies on an exceptional sleeping experience best ever tested mattress, memory foam toppers and a selection of pillows.

In the first row, directly on Lake Plauer See is the vacation home "MarthaSee" with unobstructed, magnificent panoramic views of the lake. In one minute you are on or in the water and can enjoy the lake. Opposite the property is a petting zoo for the youngest ones. Nearby you can rent bicycles, boats or canoes. Restaurants are within walking distance. Adjacent to the property is the 55 kilometer long, often natural, idyllic cycling and shore path around the lake.

In spring 2020 we acquired the property, it has 5 holiday homes. This one, number 7/1, was just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now we look forward to seeing you! The sunny cottage is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catching the sun for you and holding it (hopefully all the time ;) ) for you. The sunny cottage has a living room, the kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower.

Welcome – our holiday apartment is located in an on the Müritz. You can enjoy the holiday with balcony and terrace on 45 square meters of living space. You can relax in this special and quiet accommodation. The cozy vacation rental is located on our property. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of our orchard and the adjacent landscape. Take a seat below the balcony in bad weather. Bikes can also be parked here and e-bikes can be charged.

It is a good base for our guests to explore the Lusatian Lakeland. Cyclists and inline skaters have access to a large network of well-developed lakeside and long-distance cycle paths.
