From the moment I booked, he ensured I had all the details I needed for a seamless check-in and stay. The rooms were spotless, the bedding was fresh and comfortable, and every feature of the house matched the listing exactly as advertised—if not better! Our stay at this Airbnb in Burlington, Ontario, was truly a home away from home. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease in this beautiful and peaceful space. We enjoyed exploring the nearby , taking peaceful walks along the waterfront, and visiting the local parks. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed. Great stay! Perfect for a trip with friends. The air bnb was clean and the host was very helpful and responsive! He checked in with us regularly to make sure we were happy with our stay, as well as accommodated us very well. The location is close to a train station which was helpful also for getting around.😊 side note: it is in the description but the tenants are living in the basement and laundry is only available for stays of a week or more. Wasn’t an issue at all tho! They were great to us and we didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Would recommend for future trips and we’d stay again! 😊

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in Toronto, the location was awesome and the neighbourhood was quiet and lovely. Then home is exactly as described, with really super bedding (which is one thing that is very important to me). Amazing household supplies available at our arrival and for our stay. The owner was extremely helpful with all of our questions and super friendly and responsive. The back yard is amazing!! The pool was closed for our stay as it was November; but we enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the fresh air…. As the outdoor sitting area is amazing!! Very resort vibe!! Our favourite space was the kitchen area…. Very well designed with everything you could need. Also great lighting inside the home with dimmers - which is also a special addition that I appreciate. It was a very enjoyable stay and a nice break from downtown Toronto …. But still close to lots of shopping and the motorways. And close to public transport if needed. I would def recommend to anyone…….

We had a great time at Bessa’s. The house was beautifully decorated. The pool and back yard were amazing. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend staying here.

Everything was perfect from the get go!!Kathleen is super responsive and professional, going above and beyond! I felt right at home as soon as I stepped into the Airbnb! It was cozy and it had everything I needed and more! I can’t wait to return!

The house was beautiful, clean with lots of space and facilities. It's located a few houses up from the lake, and a very short walk from a park, shops and restaurants in Port Credit. The neighbourhood is quiet and felt very safe at night. It's around a 15 minute walk to the train station to get to down town Toronto within 30 minutes. The host was very helpful and available on messages and was flexible with check in/out which helped having later flights!

Stayed here with my wife and young kids for 2 weeks in January. We are absolutely delighted to find this gem of a house and will hope to stay here again in future. Very convenient location accessible to main freeways in a lovely quiet respectful neighbourhood. Serenity. Nice shops and restaurants are close by. The house is even better than the impressive photos. Recently renovated to a very modern, classy standard, this house felt very luxurious and comfortable. Large beds, cosy decor and large tv's in every bedroom made putting the kids to bed much easier!! It is obvious that great thought and effort went into this house. The kitchen is modern and the open plan living area was ideal for a family. We look forward to using the pool when we return in the summer!! The kids did enjoy building a snow man in the large back garden, which would be fun to use in the Summer. Rooz was a pleasure to deal with and a super host. We cannot wait to come back. We stayed here while in town to see Taylor Swift. The location was an easy and safe walk to Rogers Centre and the CN Tower. We had no issues getting a 4am Uber to the airport at this location. Jessica was very friendly and accommodating to an early check in. I asked several questions in the weeks leading up to our stay and she always answered quickly and thoroughly. I’m so sad our plans only had us in the AirBnb for a few short hours because it was absolutely lovely with amazing views of the city. We loved the city and hope to return—we will absolutely stay here again!

My friends and I came to Toronto for The Eras Tour and we stayed here for 3 nights. Location: Condo is in a great location in regards to attractions downtown. My friends and I were able to walk to the Roger's Centre in about 20 mins (on average), and about another 5 to the Union Station. Many restaurants closer to the stadium. Beds: 3 people can sleep: 2 in a bed and 1 on a pull-out couch. As per my friends, the bed was extremely soft and comfortable. I slept on the couch (pulled out with a mattress topper) and it wasn't the most comfortable. Where the couch folds down to make the bed produces a hard lump, which you could still feel through the topper. I slept with it in couch mode the rest of the trip, which was much more comfy. Host: Susanne was very polite and responsive when we had any questions. Ameneties: The pool, hot tub and gym are on the same floor a few doors down, super handy. Check in/out: Super easy code/lock box to get keys/fobs. Overall, we loved our stay here!

Kyrylo's condo was an extremely clean and functional little spot, comfortable for 2 people. Perfect location for if you're attending a concert at the Rogers Centre (about a 20 minute walk away). Kyrylo's instructions for checking in were so detailed and he was very responsive. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!!

An ideal choice for us because we wanted to be downtown AND needed parking. Very clean comfortable condo. Beautiful views of both the city and the lake from the condo and the patio. Walking distance to many of the places we wanted to go to. Bed was very comfortable. Wish we had known that we could have used the pick- up and drop-off parking area while we retrieved the keys for the parking garage. You can! (We parked in a nearby lot but didn't need to.) Otherwise instructions for using the key cafe and the parking garage were clear. Easy to park in the parking garage. As I said, a good choice!

My daughter and I had an amazing stay at Victoria’s place! Everything was clean and the condo is so cute. She communicated clearly and gave us tips and recommendations every step of the way. She really took the time to make everything perfect and is so thoughtful with the amenities and personal touches. The condo is easily accessible, in a great location and felt very safe! I would highly recommend booking here.
