Clean and pleasant pool, besides Vanúzia, and Lúcia, responsible for the delivery of the keys, or his Rogério and his wife, neighbors in the same condominium, made us feel comfortable ​​and comfortable. Upon arriving at the house we noticed the care and dedication that the owners have with the house. Everything clean, organized and the place offered us a pool, pool table and a field to play volleyball. The owner of the house, always very attentive, gave us tips to take advantage of the localities. We won from the owner a homemade cake that was delicious. The house is wonderful, but the pool is exceptional! If I could, I'd still be there. Clean, clean and air-conditioned, allowing you to spend a lot of time talking and enjoying the amazing view. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped, we didn't have a problem with anything. Rooms are spacious, very hot but there are fans. The bathrooms are new and were clean. The room is very pleasant as well. We had a great time. We had an initial problem (we delayed check-in time) and this ended up causing problems for Regilane and a lot of message exchange, I apologized and she tried to help us get in on the same day, I really appreciate it.

Fabiana's place is great! From the beginning my communication with the host was very good. She always answered questions quickly. She guided me on how to arrive and to all the observations regarding the stay. Our group was delighted with the organization and cleanliness that were impeccable. The super comfortable beds and the smelling bedding. The kitchen had everything. Think of everything complete. We take great advantage of the external area tbm. The swimming pool and gourmet area made our days more fun. The villa is within a condo just next to several restaurants. The view in this area is beautiful. I undoubtedly indicate the house. Certainly, we will return.

My family and my 3 doguinhos very much liked the outside. Cláudio served us promptly qd we need, very kind and request. It just wasn't 100% our stay because unfortunately the refrigerator was not working well. After all, we thought of coming back, yes. Even because, Socorro won our heart!

Nice and beautiful place with a game table and plenty of space. Great rooms and enough bathrooms. Equipped kitchen and barbecue and wood oven. To improve, you can leave bed items there (you must carry a blanket, pillow, etc.) The swimming pool has solar heating but it does not work. Domingo was a full day of strong sun, but the water coming out of ice... the swimming pool did not bother to come to see what the problem would be.

We love this place very much, I will leave the positives: 1 - Very spacious house, large rooms, very comfortable mattresses, working fans and 1 air-conditioning in the master bedroom. 3 suites. The kitchen has everything necessary to spend long stays. 2- Supermarket next to the space and it is quite complete. Bakery, butcher shop, garden and there's even a coffee... That is, if you want to travel with nothing and leave to buy everything there, it works really well. 3- In the front has a place to buy cold drinks, close to restaurants as well.. Ifood works super well and 4 minutes (by car) from the guararema viewpoint, great for going with children, has a beautiful view and water fountains for bathing and refreshing. 4 - Easy mega access, next to the entrance of Guararema, does not take any dirt roads and is soon on the highway. 5- Wonderful outdoor area, hot pool and warm at night (we got 32 degrees of heat). Full barbecue. 6- For pets, safe place and all walled. Everything is perfect
