Holiday houses in Brading

We had a comfortable stay in this beautiful house for two weeks. We loved how close it is to the beach and the sea view from the bedrooms. Very easy to walk around and there is a variety of shops within walking distance. The sofas and beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Our cat also enjoyed the place and her little walks in the garden. It was generally very quiet, other than the neighbour's dogs clockwork barking sessions at 11pm & 7am. Our only comment was that the house was freezing when we arrived and it took many hours to heat up, causing one of us a nasty headache the next day. It would be nice if the heating was turned on a bit earlier. Once it was warm, it did maintain the heat quite well. Other than that everything was great and would visit again, especially when the weather gets better!

James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" I can't think of anything else that any potential guest would need to know above the information on Airbnb and reviews already left.

Fantastic place with everything you could need. House was beautiful, in great condition and with plenty of lovely welcome touches including a breakfast basket. The hosts were lovely with fantastic communication and even let our toddler meet their chickens and llama. Would definitely stay here again. We had a fantastic time here.

we really enjoyed our stay in the caravan and loved watching the view of the creek with the changing tide. Really lovely in the sun when tide was in. We were very lucky with the weather so only spent the evenings in the van but if we had been in more would have made use of the books,videos and games available. I have never seen so many varied books outside a library! The gas cooker was excellent and large fridge and freezer was useful. The welcome pack of biscuits and bread and eggs and butter milk and drinks in fridge was very nice. We felt very comfortable and the space in the bedroom was excellent with a comfy ( if a bit high for my short legs) bed. If we visit Hayling again we will hope its available. We eventually sussed the best way to get the car in and out the space when there was another large car parked so will know for next time.

We spent a fantastic bank holiday weekend at Tara’s beautiful house. The location is superb and the house accommodated our two families perfectly. It’s very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for more from the house! Tara was also a very responsive and helpful host.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Cabin. Mike and Sarah really are pros- the cabin was so cozy, brilliantly set up for guests and the location is perfect to explore the Witterings. Sarah was so responsive and welcoming and even got the cabin ready early so I could enjoy it when I arrived on Saturday. I would not hesitate to recommend the cabin and will hope to fight off others to get a summer booking for this fabulous little bolt hole just a couple of hours from London. Thank you so much Mike and Sarah!

We really enjoyed our time. The house was a great size and had everything we needed. You walk out of the back gate onto the beach. The views from the lounge, balcony and top floor bedroom are amazing. The host was very welcoming & even got my wife some champagne & flowers as she knew it was her 40th birthday. There were chocolates for the kids and even the dog got a welcome pack.
