Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bradford County

Good location. Home felt like home. Super neat interior engineering, older house quirks and cuteness. I didn't love the every quarter-hour church bells as they reminded me of my alarm and kept waking me up when I tried to fall asleep before 10pm, but I think they shut off after that as I slept very well each night.

Beautiful home with all amenities and cozy rooms/living areas. We drove in from VA and a few inches of precious weeks snow was still on the ground. Luckily we were in a truck with all wheel drive and didn't have a problem with parking, but I could see how smaller cars in winter would have a problem. The house was warm downstairs and the rooms upstairs had heaters which kept the rooms comfortable. Everything was spotless! Our daughter loved the toys, games, and books provided!

I stayed here with my three sons, who are all in their early 20s. I thought they may be bored, but it was relaxing for all of us. They had a great time with the kayaks and the slingshots and all the other fun things that was provided to us. The house was immaculate and very nicely furnished. The only thing we had to bring was our food. The location is absolutely beautiful, private, and a great place to get away. The few times we had to reach out to Corinne, she was immediately responsive. This place was five stars plus!!!!

I booked this place for my birthday celebration and it did not miss. The house was beautiful cozy and everything I could ask For. The communication received from the host was phenomenal. Responded in a timely manner and helped with any questions. Sheila is very sweet with a great heart. I love how they take pride in their craft and show it. The views in the morning and night wonderful. I got the best of both worlds : seen the area while it snowed and was there to witness the melting process. The town is very sweet as well. Overall welcoming and would recommend a thousand times. I have already gotten back good reviews from The little things I have posted

Our stay was wonderful. Alicia was very responsive and answered all our questions almost instantly. Our stay was over Christmas and they even had a Christmas tree set up for us. It truly was a magical time. The house was wonderful with everything we needed. They came and emptied the garbage can 2x while we were there also. Which we really appreciated. All in all it was a wonderful stay with everything we needed.

My brother and I had a wonderful stay here. Our family has a property without a house nearby, so we've stayed at all the regular places nearby, and this was the most cozy and comfortable place we've stayed, and it felt like the mountain getaway we wish we had. It was a 5 minute ride from the house to get to where we needed to go. The house itself is easy to get to, is very nicely equipped, and very comfortable. Kitchen was great to cook in. Washroom got our gear cleaned up after a few days in the woods, and the shower was as warm as we could want after some 20 degrees days. The living room had a ton of room to spread out, and multiple thermostats let us each have the temp we liked without fighting over the controls. TV was a bit of a challenge, but we felt that is likely the nature of the beast, being a bit off the beaten path. If having sone movies is a priority, we'd say bring a DVD player or a HDMI cable for your laptop.

Another great stay at Erin's. Apartment is clean and just as pictured. Area is very private and situated in the small town of Canton. Nice local luncheonette, The Chatterbox, right next door. Good restaurant right down the block, Jimmy Park Hotel Will definitely stay again when visiting our son in Troy, the next town over.

Great location to downtown Sayre. Walkable to restaurants and to Guthrie. Very responsive host. Well kept old Victorian style home.

As before, Jessica's place more than met our needs for three nights. The attention to detail is obvious and special touches most appreciated. This visit was due to a family death/funeral, so a quiet, relaxing place (with sound machines!) fit the bill. Not to mention the fresh eggs in the fridge (AND ice cream sandwiches) which we appreciated due to not wanting to be out and about more than necessary since it was colder weather. I felt like I may not have left Jessica's place as tidy as I normally would, but she was so understanding about it all. We will definitely return when in the area, hopefully under much happier circumstances.

Keith was the perfect host. Responsive. Helpful. The space was a perfect place for us to stay for a week to visit family and enjoy the area. Highly recommend!!
