Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bracken County

Clarese is very helpful and has done a great job of making sure we have everything we need and are comfortable! We have stayed here a few times this past year and would stay again!

Such a great place to stay!! Pretty clean and accommodating. Very relaxing and peaceful place! The animals were amazing to watch! The daughter was such a sweetie to talk to! Lots of cute little kitties to watch. Wish we knew beforehand that we could have bought fresh eggs and ground beef from the family farm instead of hauling from out of town. But I would definitely recommend this place!

This place was wonderful for our group! The kids needed space and they got it at this house! It was so nice to have MANY outdoor activities such as basketball courts, kayaking, a hot tub, scooters to roll around on, hiking path, and just lots of room everywhere! The house was great and provided the space we needed to eat, sleep, etc. We were impressed with everything. The showers got cold after awhile, but that is to be expected with that many people showering and doing some laundry. When we planned better, then it wasn’t a problem. The hosts were great to work with and responded right away whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and I hope to stay there again when I bring a group to Kentucky in the future!

Bob and Sherry’s place was spacious, comfortable, felt private and peaceful. The kitchen was well stocked, which is always very important to me. We definitely plan to visit again when in the area.

The house was fantastic! Barbara is a great host, everything was very thought out. The house had plenty of cookware, towels, and anything else you may need. Barbara was very thoughtful and left a snack basket, smores basket, coffee/coffee maker, firewood/fire starter, and plenty of board games. The house was beautiful with lots of cozy charm! The beds were super cozy and comfortable, we all slept great. The bathrooms were extremely clean with plenty of hot water available. The house had plenty of areas to hang out and enjoy the land, especially the deck out back in the morning and night. The neighbors were super friendly. The back yard had a fire pit, picnic table, and small creek perfect for kickin back and relaxing. Great house and great host!

Terry’s place was the entire house on a corner that was very comfortable and accommodating. Everything was Everything was accounted for in terms of needs. There were included snacks and a separate ice machine and the king and queen beds were comfortable. Parking was easy both in the house’s driveway in the back or on the street in front. All in all, a very nice property.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Springer House. The view is incredible and the little balcony overlooking the river was a treat. The large dining room table was perfect for playing cards, games, and catching up with each other. We were a group of 8 (4 adults 4 kids) and the space was very accommodating for two couples and kids. Our kids had their own space to hang out with a kitchen and bathroom in the back, while we enjoyed living room in the front. Highly recommend this stay and looking forward to booking again for our next family gathering!

This was our 3rd stay at Christian’s place. It’s perfect for us when visiting family and so much more comfortable than a hotel. Super comfortable master bedroom !

What an adorable location! Such great hosts, super clean, walkable to everything downtown, very communicative. Loved our stay!

A very nice place to stay when you’re in the area! Was very cozy, quiet and very convenient and comfortable! A perfect place to rest after a busy day with family. Everything you need is there including a washer and dryer. A great feature of this rental was many choices on TV to watch, including streaming services. The host Marika was very friendly and helpful, we also loved the sweet friendly pups that we had the privilege to love on! They visited as we sat outside on the porch swing having coffee! One of our favorite AR B&B stays so far! When we visit family, we will probably be back!

My family and I have stayed here the last 5 months and we couldn’t be happier!! Our experience with Ed and his Airbnb has been exceptional! Ed is easy to work with, is willing to be flexible, and is always available when you have questions or need anything!
