Very good location, secure, at the foot of the residence, shopping center with market..., close to restaurants, ice cream parlors... lively neighborhood in the evening. Clean place, we did not cook (we always ate outside). Lotfi is always available. The parking space in the residence is really a plus. To be done again. I have no doubt that Lotfi will go forward to showcase his apartment even more.

Mohamed very nice courteous person and who has a very good command of the French language. tips do not come by car if you do not like traffic jams, you are in the city center and at your disposal aerial metro and taxis. but if you come by car, about 300m there is an underground park at the price of 200 dinars (0.80 euros) from 8pm to 8am after that is 20 dinars per hour. me and my wife were happy with our stay

top I recommend 100% we were 2 women we felt safe and everything was clean. The host was always very available despite my multiple questions lol I would be happy to come back

Apartment ideally located next to the garden of the Roseraie, in the center 2 steps from the beachfront, we were able to get around on foot or by transport. The apartment is as described, beautiful Haussmannian apartment, it feels good. We recommend and will stay in this apartment again on a future visit to Oran. Charef and his team are very responsive with remarkable customer service quality.
