Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Boulder County

Wonderful home just a short walk to cute cafes and bakeries in Nederland. Perfect place for ski weekend with family. Eldora ski area was less than 15 min drive even on President's Day weekend, and was perfect for us with great beginner options and lessens for kids learning to snowboard, and wonderful cross country/Nordic area at the same location. The wood stove, large living room and open, well-designed kitchen were perfect to hang out in after skiing, and the pool table and multiple board games kept everyone happy and engaged instead of watching TV or staring at phones (large TV that I'm sure was very nice, but we never turned it on). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a fantastic house in a great location. It has everything you need and plenty of space. Very comfortable. Highly recommend. We have stayed here a couple of times and look forward to coming back.

Amazing home from a very responsive and caring host! While I didn’t get to explore and enjoy all the amenities that the house had to offer, it served my needs perfectly. It is a great home for big groups and even for solo work travellers as the house has everything you need to feel relaxed and focused. Thank you for hosting me and will definitely visit again on my next trip to Denver.

This is a very nice house. The kitchen was super-stocked with dishes, pans, etc. The house was nice--it has three temperature zones, probably for necessity, but this was convenient for us. We had Thanksgiving dinner with family and the kitchen/dining was very good. The area is "Boulder" so there are restaurants, bike trails, amenities. The hosts were communicative and the instructions for the house were clear. We would do this again.

The best part about your home, is it was able to accommodate each of us in our own bed and with a group of six women, having 4 full bathrooms was a total and complete bonus! As a home owner myself, I can appreciate your expectations of us in support of keeping your home clean and treating everything with respect. In addition to the accommodations, the location was fantastic. Close to shopping, attractions and mainly Colorado University which was our main point of interest. This is a beautiful property and the communication with Cathy was always easy, friendly and swift. The location is the bonus here as we walked to dinner each night and stores a short drive away. The hot tub, ping pong table and game cabinet were appreciated by all. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and the house is wonderful for everyone to spread out and have spaces of their own. 1 downstairs bed was not comfortable, but otherwise all was perfect.

Sierra was wonderful and responsive. The fenced backyard is great with a dog or kids. Also the park and trails across the street were a nice place to walk our dogs. Many long trails in open space for those that like to walk or run. Great place for us.

Really nice basement apartment with tons of space in Superior. I was suprised at how spacious the space was, which was really cool. Also, with everything but a stove the host really made it easy to keep / prepare foods. Kelly was super communicative and easy to work with, I would highly recommend this place!

Meeting Jim and Kaleo was a true joy & gift from life! I so appreciated their kind responsive communications to help with all the details of booking, checking in, settling in, visiting the area & checking out. They're located in a beautiful quiet, safe tree lined neighborhood in easy walking distance from a network of magnificent mountain hiking trails. The unit was sparkling clean, set up with all the fine quality amenities anyone would need in the kitchen, bathroom, living room & bedroom. It felt private, so comfortable, filled with beautiful touches of art & wonderful reading material about the surrounding area throughout the apartment. I highly recommend staying with Jim & Kaleo if you find yourself in the Boulder area. A gem of a find. I look forward to returning again & again staying in their beautiful apartment.

Lovely space with absolutely everything you could need and then some. Very comfy bed, cozy space, very well-appointed kitchen.

I have stayed with Ivo before and will continue to stay at his wonderful, easy apartment. It is always clean, organized and quiet. It is near walking/biking trails on Coal Creek, so it is easy to get in a morning or evening or anytime walk. Thank you Ivo!

Lovely space! The host was very friendly and helpful. The furniture was comfortable and it’s a beautiful walk to Main St.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time here and completely enjoyed Boulder while also being able to relax at Nataliya’s Airbnb.

Alison’s spot is fantastic because she’s clearly thought through every detail of the guest experience. The space is spotless, well-organized, and welcoming, with clean white countertops, quality appliances, and modern yet warm cabinetry. The kitchen and dining areas flow beautifully, and the decor is tasteful and uncluttered. Upstairs, the three bedrooms have comfortable beds and fresh linens, and during our snowy, freezing stay, Alison even provided electric blankets for each room—a thoughtful touch. Small details, like Native-brand soaps in the bathroom and a drink fridge stocked with water and beer, show her care and attention. Nothing feels forced; it’s clear she simply asked, “What would I want in a stay?” and made it happen. Alison is also communicative and responsive, reaching out to ensure we were comfortable. It’s easy to see why this place is a guest favorite. If you’re staying in Boulder, this spot is hard to beat.

Nice apartment in the heart of Boulder. Accessible to everything Boulder has to offer including CU! Accommodations were lovely and so well decorated. Plenty of room for 4 adults or a family of 4.

Communicative, great location near Pearl street, easily walkable and plenty of parking

Walnut Mews--the name of the complex where the apartment is located-- is charming and well-maintained, creekside on the west end. Our only complaint was that the bedroom is adjacent to a parking lot (the apartment is on the east end of the complex). And the location is great--near stores, Pearl Street and a mile or so from the CU campus. Also, the bed was super comfortable, with good quality cotton bedding. Camilla is an excellent host--very responsive to all texts.

Courtney’s place met all of our needs! Close to downtown Boulder, an hour and a half from the national park, and walkable grocery stores/restaurants. Also in a safe area and accessible parking.

This place was great for my short trip to Boulder. It was clean and updated. It felt very cozy during the time I was there. Eric was extremely responsive and a great host!
