My husband and I have just spent a wonderful five days in this gite which is a very tasteful mix of modern and traditional Provencal style. Clearly a lot of thought and care has gone into this renovation, and it made for a restful and restorative few days in this lovely area.We really liked Viens and its bar... we will miss our morning coffee outside in the sunshine! We would love to return, perhaps in warmer weather when we can use the pool...but equally, the end of September was ideal for walking the well marked trails. We send Tatiana our best wishes, she and her partner should be proud of their project and their plans for the future.

We were a group of 9, they changed our house, but it was in the same compound (it's a large estate), it had one more double room and one more bathroom. Apart from heating, we were able to use the fireplace and it is an important added point because it gives a lot of warmth to the environment. It's a great house, comfortable, with everything you need. Nathalie is a great host and communication was very fluid and easy before, during and on the day of the march as well. Hats off to the house and to her!

La Mélizanne is absolutely lovely! A peaceful, tranquil escape and place to call a home base while exploring around Provence. Make sure you leave time to just enjoy the space! The garden, pool, and cottage were so lovely, as well as Marie Laure’s hospitality, delicious breakfast, and recommendations. We loved our stay at La Mélizanne, and were sad to leave! Highly recommend to anyone.
