Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Die neue "Villa Dora"

Nach der Renovierung im Frühjahr 2022 können jetzt 2 Personen im Gartenhäuschen schlafen, jede im separaten Bett. Die Hütte wurde auf 5,4 qm vergrößert. Die neue Tür hat ein Sicherheitsschloss und ist auch von innen abschließbar. Die Fenster haben blickdichte Rollos bekommen. Es gibt einen Heizlüfter, der in kühleren Nächten die Temperatur erträglicher macht. Allerdings macht er auch Geräusche. Eine Solar-Dusche und eine Küchenzeile an der frischen Luft ergänzen nun das Angebot.

Happiness house with garden sauna & fireplace ..hyggelig

We rent a beautiful house with about 120 square meters away from stress and hustle and bustle. With great wellness bath and sauna house in the forest. The house is located about 1km away from Lviv in the middle of the forest. There is a fireplace stove, a freestanding bathtub and spa shower. The beds are comfortable box spring beds. The second bedroom is on the basement floor and has small slabs. Fireworks and parties do not work for us.

The entrance to the apartment leads left past the tower (picture 1) and is separate, through the small conservatory. From there, the 1st bedroom is directly accessible. Following: kitchen, living-dining room, 2nd bedroom with bathroom, closet room. To get from the 1st bedroom to the bathroom, guests must go through the 2nd bedroom. Our village is without tourist ambitions, but by great landscapes surrounded.

Take the whole family to this great place to stay. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking lovers. We start directly from the house to the Jungpfalzhütte. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: there is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.

Here you can switch off in a very cozy atmosphere and come to rest. Enjoy the Palatinate forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious terrain.
