Another wonderful stay when visiting nearby family. Made even more lovely on this occasion by the addition of Christmas decorations including a tree! Everything we need in a really lovely location. Highly recommend.

Superb AirBNB. Very clean, uncluttered, thoughtfully decorated and extremely spacious. A great base for my 3 day work stint. Thoughtful and generous catering provision. On it with the parking arrangements. A host who takes real care but allows guests to come and go as they please.

Great value stay. Photos don’t do it justice, clean, today, tv with Netflix, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Lovely bathroom with shower. Highly recommended. Thank you, Paul & Lia

Sara’s property was a lovely cottage-feel home away from home. I visited over Christmas when seeing friends and family locally and it was a perfect place to stay as was only a couple of minutes drive from them. Location was peaceful and quiet, but still set in and around multiple other homes which was comforting. The property was very clean, comfy bed, and well lit at night. Sara also left some lovely homemade mince-pies in the kitchen! 10/10 would definitely book for Christmas again 🎄

Nice and clean, easy to find and parking available

As a group of 8 (mature) friends, we had a fabulous stay. The cottage was clean, well equipped and very comfortable and we loved the little touches added by the host (eg milk in fridge, etc). It was absolutely as described and the only oddity was that the kitchen tap provided merely the tiniest trickle of hot water. We simply took the washing up bowl to the beautiful downstairs shower-room to meet our occasional need for, and was not much of an issue for us, due to the dishwasher. We also loved the open fire with the wood and kindling etc supplied, but you may need to contact the host or bring your own if you plan on cosying up for more than one night’s worth of log-burn. The above are very minor observations and I would consider the advertised listing an entirely fair representation of this property.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Treetops. Easy to locate, just followed the instructions and looked at the location on the map, rather than relying on the postcode. Communication with Margaret was excellent and was there to welcome us and showed us up to the flat to explain a few things. Flat was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need e.g tea/coffee, salt and pepper etc also an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The gardens are gorgeous, me and my 4 year old loved exploring them. Although basically on the A17, we weren’t disturbed by any traffic noise. Close by to the village of Heckington, we visited the windmill And had lovely fish and chips from Ruby’s Plaice. We also visited Sleaford as there was a great park there. We had some pizza from The Little Italy Co in Sleaford, it was amazing. All in all a great little base if you’re wanting to travel around Lincolnshire 👍🏼

Absolutely loved our stay, Perfect for a “romantic” child free night, Was extremely clean and even left us coffee, tea, milk etc to make a drink on arrival. Was very private and even had a fire work display sitting on our balcony, hehe. Highly recommend 5*

We stayed with Ian for one night whilst visiting family and it was exactly what we needed. Ian was great at getting back to me and very helpful. Check in was easy. Great nights sleep and lovely breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend.

Lesley was a very welcoming host. She has a great personality. The bed was very comfortable and my sleep quality was great . The room was a good temperature. The bathroom was clean with a wide range of toiletries to choose from. The shower was powerful and hot. Overall I enjoyed my short stay here. I would highly recommend.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at Miranda's home. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The house was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. Miranda is an exceptional host, always available to answer questions and ensure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect quiet yet convenient to local attractions.and I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area.

Great location for us, just 5 minutes from where we were visiting. A bit of a chilly first night but after messaging Sue she kept the heating on later into the 2nd night which was perfect.

as this is always a solo visit, I look for somewhere that feels safe, comfortable and easy access to A17 this is ideal. so cosy and warm even in the depths of winter.

This property has to be one of the best that I have stayed at. Fabulous decor and wonderful attentive host and hostess. The breakfast choices were great and I particularly loved the gluten free brownies that Christine cooked they were delicious. John the host even gave me a lift to the station. Stay here you won’t be sorry.

Yosita was welcoming and friendly. The house is a beautiful listed building and our room was at the top of the house and was nice and quirky, just what we like. Breakfast was excellent and we would definitely stay there again.
