Holiday rentals with lake access in Borough of Harrogate

Gorgeous place. The design is chic and felt luxe yet homely. friendly farm cats and goats that the children loved playing with. Hot tub was excellent and warm, loved the fire pit and the log burner. Junction in pub which is a 5 minute walk was amazing - great home cooked food - and the best pies ever!! Sarah was charming and had great recommendations for anything you could possibly need. seriously considering returning in the summer also!

Jo's place was exceptionally clean and extremely comfortable. It had everything we needed to make our stay feel like a home from home. I would definitely recommend Sunnybank to anyone who asks and we would definitely stay again when visiting family who live close by. Tracy & Sue

Stayed for a weekend in August 2024 for a birthday celebration. Mixed ages from 9m to 70 plus one cocker spaniel. We all had a fantastic time, especially the spaniel! The house and gardens are beautiful and we went for a walk each evening around the wetlands. House is superbly stocked with top quality items ie pots and pans, massive fridge freezer, surround sound, games etc. We have stayed in many AirBnbs as a family but all agreed this was one of the best. We would love to stay again someday. Carolyn and Steve were excellent hosts, always on hand to help with any questions and even allowed a much earlier check in which was appreciated. If this place is available, book it!

This was my first time booking with Air B&B and I'll definitely be booking again. The house was absolutely amazing, the views of the lake and countryside were stunning and the weather was very kind to us. Rachel was the best host, a lovely greeting when we got there and as it was nice weather she brought out the gas BBQ and sorted out the patio furniture for us. Everything from start to finish was perfect for me, my husband, my dad and our 7 friends. Thank you Rachel xxx

Great communication. Good location with some nice eateries locally and easy access into Leeds. Dedicated parking is a bonus. We stayed with an infant for a wedding in Leeds and it was an ideal base.

An excellent property in a quiet location, but walking distance to lots of eateries. A good base if you are travelling in Liverpool/Manchester and Lancashire. Clean and warm. Easy access and enough parking for 2 vehicles on the drive.

We had a fantastic weekend visiting family locally. The property was ideally situated for us. Simon was a perfect host, very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and spacious and provided us with everything we could need. I would definitely rebook in the future. The sculpture park nearby is definitely worth a visit.

We had a great stay at Zoya's place. The apartment is private in a quiet area. It's very close to the lakeside. There is everything in the apartment that we needed.

Beautiful place, it was my first time we visit sedburgh , great location , Clean house we loved.

There was good communication prior to us arriving. The apartment was spotless, seems very new, everything was comfortable. Loads of space! There were four of us and it was anything but cramped. Even with double the number of people it would still feel extremely spacious. Amazing view from the balcony - we didn't go in summer but would be amazing to sit out there in the sunshine! You're quite near a main road but you don't hear it and it means you've got easy access to the towns, villages and countryside nearby. Perfect if you want to explore. If we're back in the area we'd definitely check to see if the apartment is available. Highly recommended.

Beebole Cottage is a cosy cottage full of character, well equipped, with added extras such as milk, shortbread biscuits, oil to cook with, salt and pepper, tea and coffee. It has an easy heating system, wood burner and a sunny place to sit in the garden. It’s off the beaten track with good walking and easy access to all parts of the Dales.

we had a fantastic stay here. the cottage is beautiful, the garden with pod is perfect to enjoy the local scenery. it was the best sleep I've had in months, so quiet! John was always on hand if neded and very friendly & helpful. we felt very welcome. the cottage has everything you need and more!! I especially loved the history of the house and the way if was decorated/accessorised. my daughter absolutely loved it!! she is 10 and was very sad to leave. I'm certain we will return! the pub up the road was amazing...a lovely walk for tea! food was delicious and very good value. I would highly recommend this cottage and can't wait to come back. thank you John for being a wonderful host and letting us share in the history of this magnificent building.

A truly beautiful location and a lovely cottage. We had a great week and wished we could have stayed longer. Jane was on hand with lots of local information and made us feel very much at home.

Such a fabulous place to stay in. The back door leads to a stunning outdoor decking where you can look out and you would have the most beautiful views of the farm. The complimentary games such as Dominoes and a little farm-style chess game that have been put out for guests is such great fun with families. Not only that but binoculars are there to view the lovely views right outside which is amazing. Everything was clean, the place is spacious and it's overall just a cosy place to be in.

quaint charming comfortable cottage in a lovely village walking distance to pubs and restaurants and beautiful lake with boathouse converted to a tea room overlooking lake. For us carparking was the only issue we had was trying to find a safe place to park and leave the car on returning to property due to narrow lanes and trying not to obstruct pathways for pedestrians as was busy with cars already parked but it did not spoil the lovely weekend we had there. Everyone you meet were very welcoming and friendly 😊

Wow the photos do not do this lovely property and surroundings justice! A true walkers paradise with unbeatable views from the cottage. The cottage is lovingly decorated with everything you could need for a relaxing stress free stay. The comfiest beds we have stayed in, perfect for the best sleep after a long day exploring. The host is fantastic and so lovely with lots of local recommendations and on hand for anything you might need. We stayed here with our two girls who loved being able to go down from the private garden to feed the ducks in the mornings. We highly recommend the pub just a few minutes walk from the property and the Holme coffee house which has the added bonus of the friendliest dog. Overall a perfect stay made even better by such a brilliant host. We look forward to coming back to stay again!
