We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Cosy apartment with real fire

The place is immersed in the hills of the area, the house has comfortable and cozy spaces, ideal for comfort and relaxation, the neighborhood is kind and pleasant company, in short, highly recommended. I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. We highly recommend this home. It is set in a what feels like Tuscany, yet only 20-30 mins drive to the Colosseum. We will be coming back and bringing other families.

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

Perfect villa for up to 4 people. There were two of us and we had plenty of space. Beautiful garden, garden table + chairs, sun loungers and sunbeds, sun/shade: great! Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is a bit small and a little dated, but everything works fine. Great host who responds quickly and helps directly with all questions. In short: excellent accommodation for visiting Gaeta, Sperlonga and beach!!

Great studio, it has all the essentials. The area is also very peaceful. Stayed for 2 days, for the use I had to make of it, it was perfect, being close to Cinecitta World. Lorenzo is a very helpful and friendly person, with excellent and above all clear information. Easy check-in and check-out without wasting time. I'll definitely come back if I need it again.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay at the Fauno with excellent hospitality from the host Gabriella and Francesco who organized a beautiful day for us on the boat with lunch and swimming. The house is cozy and equipped with everything you need; strategic with respect to shuttle bus, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. We'd love to come back.

Great place to stay in Anzio!

I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this property. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts, Gianni and Carolina, are exquisite people who make guests feel welcome. The house has a large covered veranda and a garden equipped with a barbecue, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was comfortable. A commendation goes to Mr. Gianni who, during this period of such cold days, his attention to detail made a difference. He called me in the morning to inquire about my arrival time and, upon my arrival, I found the radiators on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This pampering did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more comfortable.

Michela's accommodation is the perfect solution for those who want to visit the upper part of the island of Ponza. Easily accessible by public transport, but also strategic for walking among the beautiful coves of the area. Michela is always available and kind, highly recommended!

We had a memorable time here. The location is also ideal for excursions to Rome which is only about 40 minutes by car. We were two families with small children who rented and had a great experience. Doriana and co-hosts were very helpful. It was hard to find the place through the address but we got an exact pin to the listing that we could put into the GPS. It would be good if there were instructions for how the garbage sorting works in the house so everyone doesn't have to ask. We expected there to be more consumables such as salt, dish soap, toilet paper which it didn't but the host arranged for us when we asked. There were a lot of flies everywhere along the coast where we stayed, which meant that we didn't take advantage of the patio as much as we thought we would. According to information, it was due to the wetter weather that has been during the fall (we were there in October) and nothing like others staying during the summer had experienced. All in all we had a very good stay!

Very clean and very comfortable apartment. Just a few minutes from the supermarkets and the sea (inside the Colleromito Consortium, in the evening you can stroll inside the Consortium of which the house is part). The owner Roberto was very helpful and kind from the first phone contact for all kinds of our requests. 4 state-of-the-art air conditioners are available to keep the whole house cool. The kitchen is equipped, complete with 2 fridge + 1 very spacious freezer, hob, dishwasher, oven+oven. The TV is present in the living room, guests' arrangement is also available to connect the TV+ your devices. 2 bathrooms with showers. The interior of the house is well cared for, easy to clean. The real plus is the garden with lots of greenery that is always good for the view and heart, with a patio where you can eat or experience recreational moments. Parking inside the Consortium. It was a perfect and relaxing weekend! Clean and cozy house, the garden then totally fenced and cared for allowed our Labrador to run and play in absolute safety. Mrs. Graziella was immediately very kind. Definitely a place to come back.
