Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Borgholm

Really nice house a couple of minutes by car from Köpingsvik. A big heated pool made the stay even nicer even though the weather was chilly. Everything was according to the description. If you are looking for something like this, this would be a great choice!

Such a nice house that in every way met our expectations. We spent the autumn holidays here and appreciated that the house was warm and cozy, with the fireplace that made it extra cozy. There are also several games in the house which the children liked. Great kitchen with everything you need for cooking. The location is great, both in the area with proximity to the sea, and to explore the northern parts of Öland. Everything above combined with smooth check-in and nice host allows me to highly recommend this accommodation!

Lovely place for a small company. Stayed there for 2 nights, 3 adults and a baby. The place is well equipped, clean and cozy. Outside space was very nice and it was super quiet during the night. Heléne and Anders were welcoming and easy to get in touch and very helpful.

Great and modern accommodation, high ceilings and plenty of space. The doggie liked the fences around the cabin and go out when he wanted without worrying about cars. Well equipped kitchen and well fitted beds in the different rooms so I could choose a hard bed while the wife could choose softer. Two bathrooms as well so you didn't have to queue and take your time in peace and quiet. Rasmus was a thoughtful host and we had good contact throughout the stay. The area around the property was really nice and plenty of walking paths with the doggie. Highly recommended for short and long stays. Would love to stay with Rasmus again next time we visit Kalmar and Öland.

Super happy with the place even though it was overnight. There were bed linens and towels ready for us. Comfy beds Clean and cozy house.

We arrived at 5 pm and walked around the island until 9 in the evening, and left at 8 in the morning. We used our towels and bedding, in the morning we were in a hurry , but we managed to clean and take out the garbage, in general it is cozy and quiet, as we love.

Very nice house that had all you need for a great stay on Öland. Cozy area near the sea. Alexander was very nice and helpful and came with great tips. Very easy to deal with. The decor of the house was simple in a positive way, everything you needed but not so much personal things that you needed to keep in mind.

Cabin is very beautiful and we are happy to have spent those days there.

Excellent to have a dog along. Access to a large lawn and outdoor furniture. Good area to take a dog walk in, in addition to dog bathing area and general swimming close by.

Lena is a great host and has taken care of all our concerns directly. The check-in was uncomplicated, the apartment was very clean and the location is good and nice and quiet. We were able to make it very well there. Thank you, dear Lena

We had a great stay here. Communications were well in advance of arrival. We even got a travel recommendation for where to stop in our way from Stockholm. We were met upon arrival and given a brief overview. It was a smooth check-in. The unit was top-shelf. Spotless. Fully equipped. Coffee ready to go in the machine. So many big TVs! The small deck was nice to sit outside on and chill. Beds were comfortable. Towels were fresh. Dedicated parking for a single vehicle was right next to the building. It was a very quick drive into town. There's a good $3/day lot by the train station. After paying through the nose for parking across Scandinavia, it was a nice change.

Very nice little cottage, enough space also for four. Everything you need and a super nice landlady.

Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment in a quiet location yet also walking distance to the old town & castle. Michael & Emanuel were very responsive, helpful & flexible hosts. Only downside is the bathroom is small but it is clean, functional & has a great shower. Also, the pillows are small & only 2 provided. Nevertheless, overall highly recommend this apartment if staying in Kalmar.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful time, we toured the area and to a trip to Oland island to see the Viking ruins and lighthouse.

Very nice accommodation with proximity to everything! The beach, Ica, pastry shop, restaurants etc. Better in real life than in pictures! Consumables such as dish soap, dishwashing tablets, toilet paper, etc., were in the apartment, which was equipped with most things. Wasn't missing anything. We'd love to come back here!

We booked about 45 minutes before our arrival and were warmly welcomed. The host family lives next door and is easy to reach, but not intrusive. We felt super comfortable.

This was definitely our best accommodation we had in 8 years in Köpingsvik! The fact that we are extremely satisfied is really no exaggeration and there is nothing negative at all to find about either the property or the host. Everything was TOP NOTCH and a welcome called goodbye!! Full marks for Maria and Jörgen!!

Nice apartment in good location. Close to the Öland Bridge and several grocery stores, and you can walk down to the center of town in about 30 minutes or drive in five minutes.

Great, fresh and complete apartment with everything you need and then some! The place gets extra plus for the tasteful decor, that it was clean, fresh and smelled very good! Comfortable beds, large bathroom, well equipped kitchen! Jessica and Fredrik were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions. Recomend!

Marie's place is REALLY very nice!!! Huge, large spaces, a very large kitchen and a large room where everyone can stay together. Too bad we only stayed for 1 night. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Neat, cozy and private place it’s quiet but also pretty close to the city centre.

Great stay at Roger's! The accommodation is very comfortable, the host is very welcoming and the instructions provided very useful. We were also able to take advantage of the bikes available for a stroll.

It was a great stay. The apartment was perfect, tidy, modern with all the amenities. In addition, it was absolutely wonderful to wake up to a lovely sea view. Simon is quick to communicate and is helpful. We are super happy with the stay. Would have loved to extend the stay.
