if you want to feel at home, this is the place to be. You feel very comfortable right away. We were 9 people and had a good time. Excursions to the Baltic Sea and the Karls-Erdbeerhof were no problem. We took quiet walks and relaxation in the house. We will be happy to come back again! Thanks for everything!

We had a very nice stay with enough space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the large terrace. There was a ping pong table and a beach volleyball field in the immediate vicinity. The rooms were very nicely decorated and communication was great, quick and helpful.

We had a great time staying here in a group of 8. Christina and Knut are excellent hosts, and very friendly. The sauna is a big plus!

The house half is a real pearl in a brilliant location. We couldn't get enough of the view and felt like commenting on it a dozen times every day. This was optimal and inspiring for our creative work in songwriting. The weather was too good for the sauna, which I imagine in cool dirty weather. The surroundings are lovely, you can eat well. There were no wishes left unfulfilled.

I had a wonderful week at Ilona's house in Boltenhagen. I can only recommend the bungalow, everything sparkling clean, the kitchen equipped with everything you need. It's nice and quiet at night. You only had to get to the beach across the street, and you could walk to the village center after about an 8-minute walk. Ilona and her husband were very kind, thank you again for the help with loading my e-bike. I would love to vacation there again anytime.

We visited Henrike for the second time in the Waal-Hus and had a very nice few days. Henrike was great to reach, the whole check in and check out process was super easy. Location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. And the kids loved the garden, the many games and books and especially the little secrets! Thanks for the wonderful time!

I can 100% recommend the place. We were warmly welcomed and allowed to arrive well before 5 pm. In the fridge were drinks for us, in the icebox ice as welcome. The apartment was clean and likeable, equipped with crowds of games for rainy days. From table tennis to bonfires to bikes for all ages, it was all there. Since the train to Rostock stops once an hour 100 m from the house, even a car would not be absolutely necessary. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back! We liked the small house very much. The house is close to the beach and very quiet. It has a nice terrasse and a bright basement. There were two of us traveling and we felt very comfortable there.

The house fully corresponded to the specified descriptions. We felt very comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet spot and still don't want to miss the proximity to the Baltic Sea, this is perfect. Everything was neat and clean. The furnishings are on the latest technical stand and the garden invites you to sit outside.

The accommodation fully corresponded to the pictures and was very very well equipped (bed breakdown protection, cot, high chairs, strollers, sand toys, barbecue, washing machine, dryer, pepper, salt, peppers, thyme, oregano, coffee, tea, sugar...). However, it should be noted that financially there is still final cleaning, laundry and (in the winter months) electricity. Overall, definitely recommend.

Uncomplicated and approachable contact. Special agreements were no problem at all. You can spend a wonderful few wonderful days here. Recommendation!

We stayed at the place for three families for three nights and had a wonderful time. The host was extremely friendly and a very likeable person. Check-in went smoothly, and we were even allowed to arrive two hours early which was very pleasant. The apartment was very clean and furnished relatively modern. The location was also very quiet, and there were plenty of shopping opportunities nearby as well as many restaurants – just great! It's just a pity that we couldn't use the grill and that one of the beds was a water bed that wasn't quite as comfortable. However, the sofas also had a bed function which was handy. The checkout also went smoothly, and we were even allowed to check out two hours later. Thank you! We can definitely recommend the place and hope to come back soon.

Well planned and beautiful place. Was suddenly asked to pay for cleaning which I personally didn’t like without prior notice or information.

The arrival was extremely straightforward and also the check in was very easy as described. My kids had fun with the chickens and the 2 cats. The property is very quietly located in a very small village on the edge of the forest. At night you could marvel at the clear starry sky. There were many possibilities for excursions from the property. We were at Lake Schwerin 2x. Schwerin is very worthwhile. In addition, we were at the Schwerin Zoo, which is very large and beautifully designed. One evening we visited the pirate open air and one day we drove to Boltenhagen to the beach. All around it was a very relaxing holiday for us that met our expectations.
