Ivan’s family farm is a cluster of beautiful stone cottages set amongst fruit trees with BBQs, pools & terraces to enjoy. I’m sure amazing in the summer but not as useable during our late October stay unfortunately. The location is peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains & very close to a number of vineyards. The cottage we had was large & spacious with everything we needed. Ivan is great host. Quick to respond, helpful with advice & recommendations. He met us so we could follow him in our hire car to the property & also supported by printing our boarding passes that we read we needed for Podgorica airport rather than digital (which wasn’t true for information). Great & peaceful last two days to our three week tour in the Balkans. Thanks Ivan!! 😊

The hosts were outstanding from the moment of arrival, making always the most to make you feel at home and to enjoy your staying. We were received with an warm welcome of some fruits and sweets from their produce, followed by a short tour on the surroundings of their field and a little tasting of their liquors in the wine cellar. The farm is just wonderful and a truly ecological example. The local breakfast and dinner were a delight.

It was a very valuable stay for us! We were warmly received by the host. The house is located in a unique place with beautiful view. Everything as described. Clean. Excellent water quality, clean air. Our honest recommendations.

October 2024 tours. Pros: sublime view of the bay of kotor from our room number 5. Very comfy beds. In summer the lovely pool and spa have to be a big plus! Breakfast served in the room or in a dedicated room well arranged, adorable welcome 🤗 Private parking at the residence, very convenient. The -: a little walking to go to Kotor and there is no sidewalk. Breakfast not necessarily interesting to take on site (€10 the dish whatever the content, without the drinks) Thanks to the whole team!

A lovely place to stay. We were able to have our dinners and breakfasts at the villa, with good food cooked by the hosts (and home made alcohol too!). If you want to do a boat trip on Lake Skadar, speak to Dragan as he organized that for us with a local friendly guide. We had initially looked to stay in Virpazar and were glad we chose this place instead, it was nice being more on the outskirts of the town.

Perfect stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. They went out of their way to get us a high chair for our baby. Great location, close to everything but also quiet. So great to have a parking space as well.

We spent a lovely week at Biljana’s beautiful property with two children aged 2 and 4. Amazing view with sunsets, great pool and lots to see in the area. Biljana and her family were so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely come again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is so cute and very clean. Bojana and her mother were so kind, helpful and lovely. They helped us with the boat tour, to wash our clothes and everything! I would recommend a million time ☀️

We had a really good time at Snezanas Villa. She was very kind, had great advices and made us feel welcome. The whole Villa was clean and the kitchen equipment in the room was basic but enough to cook. The room is close to the main beach and the supermarkets. We can highly recommend this place! :-)

Marko could not have been more welcoming and tried hard to make our stay as memorable as possible and to introduce us to the beauty of Montenegro and its interesting culture, of which he is very proud. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The fish his mother cooked was amazing and our boat trip was a real highlight. His apartment was well furnished and comfortable. We would not hesitate to return. Thank you from us all.

Unreal location, the images don't do the property justice. Anyone booking this place should watch the video to see how truly magnificent the property is. 10/10 experience.

Hands down the best stay we had in Montenegro! We loved every minute of it. Andjela and her family are super sweet and help you with everything. The room, garden and pool are just the definition of vacation! We’ll be back!
