80 m2 apartment with very good location, 300 metres from place Gambetta, place Tourny and the Jardin Public, so you can enjoy the 'Golden Triangle' with a few minutes' walk. Completely renovated, very bright, in a quiet street, and with every comfort. If you are by car you benefit from my resident subscription to park for free in my neighborhood. The tram D to the train station is a 5-minute walk away. The tram A to the airport is a 10-minute walk away. Autonomous arrival possible at any time.

Non-smoking accommodation. Welcome tray with coffee, tea, cakes. Apartment located upstairs (no disabled access), very close to the center, 5 to 10 minutes' walk to the train station, the Ornithological Reserve, the port, the lake (beach supervised in July and August). Shops nearby.
